I was about to use this cleaning service for my house.I requested to have a ceiling fan clean and mop my floors.Upon speaking with one of their reps yesterday I signed a contract with a credit card number to hold my appointment for tomorrow.However I did explain to the rep yesterday her name is Marilyn.I explain it would be a different card l would be using once the service was done.Upon speaking with Marilyn today she explained to me that I needed to change the card on file.For the correct card that would be charged.To make this story short and. to the point this company wants to.Pre-authorize your card before service is done.Sounds like a scam.Because they chancing someone now for 300 go services done.But they were supposed to already know if the card had money on it.Don.t use this cleaning service sound's scammers to me with a 3.8 rating be

We used Dust Bunnies for a move out cleaning of our home, the service was good, the staff was friendly and the price was affordable. We will use them again for a general cleaning of our new home.

I have used Dust Bunnies for a few years now. They are always on time and perform very well. Two cleaners come each time and stay about two hours and ensure everything is cleaned to my satisfaction. I work from home and have two little ones so my schedule varies and they always are flexible with scheduling when it is convenient for me. Great service and I will continue to use them.

My first time to use the Dust Bunnies was November of 1988. I had a newborn son and a lot of family coming for Thanksgiving. They have been serving me without a hitch for those almost 36 years in three different homes. They travel with me! The current team of MARIA and her staff exceeds the very high standards always set by ownership. They are professional in every way. Not many businesses have navigated the ups and downs of life, including Covid with this much success and constantly. It is my pleasure to highly recommend the Dust Bunnies.

I've used Dust Bunnies a few times over the last year and have always loved the service. I don't regularly use a cleaning service, but am seriously considering it with how affordable Dust Bunnies is. The maids are really nice, quick, and do a good job. Definitely using them again!

I’m so thrilled to have found out about Fibercare Cleaning and Storage! They did such a wonderful job cleaning our rugs and couches then spraying Fibercare on them to have them stay clean longer (add on the Fibercare spray it’s worth it!). I can’t recommend them enough! Plus it’s a very small company so I will always support that!
