Albert was on time and thorough. I spent way more money that I expected but he explained a technique to get stains out of the pads. My carpet looks so much better. He worked hard and went above and beyond. I am now waiting to be sure the stains don’t reappear. After $713 they better not. I trusted him and hope there are no regrets. I should have taken before pictures. It’s like night and day.

If I could do 0 stars I would ! I have used them before and the costumer service is always on point they are affordable, efficient and fast. I will definitely not use them in the future. The guy that came to clean my carpets was super nice and professional but was here 20 mins and was gone 😮‍💨

Update :
Apparently, I jumped the gun on my review being that I did not give the floor time to dry before I did it. When my husband saw the stairs he was not impressed at all which made me examine the floor even more ……. The day after, my carpet is completely dry & as I’m looking at my stairs … I still have dirt spots on the edges each step on both sides . I have my own carpet cleaner(a Hoover spin brush) but did not want to do the carpet cleaning myself it requires too much time patience, and work this is why I hired zeroez to do it, however , I decided to redo the landing on the stairs, which is the middle part. The water was almost black. There is no way someone should pay $145 to have their stairs cleaned and the water still looks like this (below) when going behind a commercial professional carpet cleaning company. I am so disappointed this time around. The first three photos below shows the day of & a few minutes after the gentleman left the house.. the rest of these photos are from the day after after the carpet had dried you can still see on the edges of the stairs, (again both sides ) where there is a lot of dirt . I had to go over the landing multiple times!!! To get it to look better. Never again….. I should definitely be compensated for having to go behind them. This is not acceptable. People work hard and everything in the economy is high already.

Update: A week and 1/2 ago someone named Diego called me in regards to my review, they wanted the opportunity to come back out and re clean my carpets to make it right, however I have already cleaned the landing and put down plastic over the carpet and installed a baby gate at the bottoms of my stairs, I simply asked for a refund and he told me they have to come out a second time before they could even consider that, given the fact I have done all this work on my stair’s he still pushed for me to let them come back out (I would have do all the work over again ) which means I would of had to pull up the plastic and un-install the gate just so they could Come and “re-do” my stairs. I declined and said if they could not refund the money I paid or even a portion of it I would just take the loss and update my review so here we are ! Once again disappointed ☹️ they would not work with me on issuing a refund or a partial refund for not doing an adequate job in the first place. He stated he would try and talk to the higher ups and call me back and I haven’t heard nothing from him since ! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD BUSINESS

He was very good amd friendly. Carpet looks great. He finished within an hour. They were able to schedule within a day. Was on time. I will definitely use them again.

As you can see my carpet didn’t get clean. Never again. We went through a lot of trouble moving furniture etc. The carpet is not clean just wet. I’m so disappointed. They emphasize less drying time. I just read a review that says the drying time is 8 hrs not the 3 hrs that they advertised. 😳

Amazing company and the two guys who come to do the job did amazing work, I am preparing my house for my first baby and their recommendation and explanation about how they will be doing the cleaning was very knowledgeable.
I was worry about the product for my baby room but they explained well what type of or their are using. I am highly recommend this company I am very happy with the results the carpets looks like brand new.!!

We gave them a second try and we are glad we did. Tristan, our technician was outstanding! He was very thorough in answering our questions and even more thorough in his work. He asked us to double check his work to ensure we were happy with the quality. It is obvious he takes pride in his work. Who does that? Literally no one ! We recommend you ask for Tristan.

Cesar was amazing! He arrived on time with such a helpful and happy attitude. He was done in record time and the carpets look incredible! We’ve used Zerorez in the past and will use again. They do an incredible job. I will request Cesar as my technician next time as he was such a pleasure to work with.

Our technician did a wonderful job cleaning our upstairs carpets, the carpeted stairs, and a large area rug. He was very thorough in explaining the problem areas, and now our carpets and rug look great.

I must admit that I’m always skeptical when calling for services like carpet or general house cleaning. How much will they care? Will they treat my house as if it was theirs? Will the effort be put forth?

Backstory: we have a very nice house which we rented out. Our tenants had an unauthorized cat which they kept in one of the upstairs bedrooms, as well as another unauthorized dog. Sufficit to say, the cat vomited and defecated on the carpet in that room and the dogs peed, well, everywhere. A blacklight revealed it all. We were pretty devastated when we discovered the damage. I thought we would have to replace all of the carpet. Then, our realtor told us about Zerorez. She said that they were highly recommended by, well, everyone and that they would set things right if anyone could. So I called them.

John with Zerorez showed up today, provided an honest assessment, told me what I should and shouldn’t pay for, and I trusted him and authorized the work. He immediately went to work, and clearly takes pride in his job. He methodically went room to room, doing all he could.

Now, I can confidently say that today, John literally worked magic on carpet that I thought was a lost cause. I could have worked for 3 weeks on this carpet and not gotten the results that he did. The photos paint a pretty telling picture. If you’re on the fence about the price, don’t be. The results speak for themselves, and it was much cheaper than replacing 2000 square feet of carpet. I cannot recommend them enough, and we are very grateful for John’s hard work and diligence. Thank you Zerorez!

Alex did an exceptional job explaining the process of cleaning and deodorizing my carpet, which was riddled with cat urine. I know he worked extremely hard and I have faith that when everything dries, my house will smell so much better. I would highly recommend Alex and Zerorez and will use them again, hopefully just for regular care!

I highly recommend Zerorez! The service I received from the first phone call I placed, to completion has been spot on (pun intended) 😉 My Service Technician (Paul) was AWESOME! Very nice & friendly. My house is approx 3500 sq ft. (up & downstairs) and I opted for their “pet” sanitizing solution along with their regular cleaning. They cleaned my formal dining room, master bedroom & closet, 14 stairs plus landing, upstairs family room, a long hall, 3 bedrooms, plus my home office. Paul took his time, yet didn’t waste time, and the end result is floors that practically look new! I will definitely use Zerorez again for any carpet cleaning needs I may have in the future! Albert was very professional. The carpet dried quickly and our home looks and smells great! He gave us options and we did not feel pushed to do more than what we were comfortable to do. Super nice and professional. Quick and efficient. My carpets were bad and need replacement but this was great to just get a good clean! My dog even got out while we were gone and he called and was able to get her back up.
