THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPANY IN MY LIFE!!!!!!

Very unprofessional - Spoke with a Gina and she was decent but I called back several times, left a message and no one returned my calls. So after days later I tried again left another message explaining how I didn't feel comfortable or secure with this company anymore because no one would return any of my calls. NOT TO MENTION LIKE A FOOL I HAD ALREADY MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND HAD GIVEN THEM MY CREDIT CARD INFO. So after leaving that message I called one last time and got a Monica, the rudest most unprofessional customer service agent I've ever dealt with. She called me Ghetto Fabulous because I demanded to speak with a manager...lol She told me she was going to cancel my appt because they don't want customers like me who are overly concerned about their credit card information. Those were the craziest words I've ever heard a representative say to me. I URGE YOU TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. After the call was over she kept texting me idiotic messages saying I needed GOD because I cursed her out. I guess she needed some sort of paper trail or in this case text trail to lie to her boss about. I don't know but I had to block the company's phone number because she would not stop texting me...

If someone from Cowboys Cleaning is reading this please hire more professional people to answer your phones because in the customer service industry - the customer is always right. You might be in business now but you won't be for much longer with those type of employees. You were going to receive a plethora of business. Oh well!

Maria and her cleaning crew are great to work with. Very consistent and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
