Mr Elliott Harper called me and apologized for the low quality provided in their last visit. He came back himself with a new assistant and retouched the windows, reinstalled the screen and now the job was very good.
Thank you for fixing the issues.
Now this firm is recommended.2 guys (Bruce and Elliot) came on Saturday 2/11/23 to do the cleaning. They left some windows not well cleaned, some rails were not cleaned, they left a screen uninstalled. I called them several times to ask them to come back and fix the issues but they never answered the calls. Not recommended at all
