Miracle Steam did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. They removed all the pet odor and stains and made my carpet look brand new. They also took my area rug with them and returned it just as promised. I will forever be using there wonderful and dependable services.

My carpets weren't as bad but the smell of pets were. My carpet looks brand new and there is no pet smell at all!! I will continue to use Miracle steam for my carpet needs! Very affordable and efficient! I also got my rug cleaned and it looks brand new as well!

Miracle Steam gave 5 star service in my home! Charles and Quincy came in to clean three large area rugs and also provided me a quote for deep cleaning of my tile floors. They did a fantastic job and I will definitely be using them for future services!

After reading a bunch of reviews, I decided that I would try this company out. I used the text line to find out if they had any specials. They texted me back and said yes all of our specials are posted online. So I went to the website. I saw that they had a three room special For $119 for rooms up to 12 x 12. Plus, they had a 25% off deal for Pet and odor remover. This was perfect considering I have very small bedrooms. So I called to book the service and the gentleman who claimed to be the “trainer” said that the special that was posted online was incorrect and quoted me a much higher price for the 3 rooms. Additionally, he said I could not combine the two specials that were online. I told him that there was no verbiage on their websites that say you cannot do this and I would like him to honor the 3 room price that was posted. He said no and laughed at me. I felt as though the entire experience was very misleading, and I was being taken advantage of as a consumer being quoted almost $400 for three bedrooms and a long hallway with the pet stain remover. I will not be using this company because of their misleading business practices & they’re overall poor customer service.

Prior to moving into our home, we called Miracle Steam and spoke directly with the Owner to schedule airduct cleaning, house cleaning and carpet cleaning. The teams were very professional, courteous, and arrived on time. The carpet technicians, Justin and Quincy, provided a thorough explanation prior to cleaning the carpets and offered recommendations were needed. Miracle Steam made moving into our new home so much better, because the entire house was fresh and clean. We would highly recommend the Miracle Steam Team!

We needed our carpets cleaned after a year in our home and with two big dogs. Miracle Steam got us scheduled quickly and were great! Quincy was the one who did our service and he was very informative of our options as far as add-ons and what to expect after the cleaning. He did a thorough job and we no longer have the faint smell of dog in our house that we just couldn't get rid of with our own carpet cleaner.
