BB and Ishmail had explained via phone call during our consultation and again in-person on the exact services we would be getting rendered and were honest through the entire process (after BB told us our initial pricing numbers, she called back for a better deal on a promotion they were having after we added on extra areas). Miracle Steam is a very professional carpet cleaning service. My service guy was excellent the last time they came out. Very detailed about the service. Loved the recommendations and really appreciated not feeling pressured to get the recommended add on. 5 stars to Charles, Quincy and Ayo. Extremely professional folks. I got an appointment quickly, and Quincy kept me updated about the time they were going to arrive. They got to work right away and are very courteous. This was my first time using professional carpet cleaners and so I don't know how their pricing compares with their competitors but work quality is excellent. I enjoyed a bit of chatter with them. Great honest guys. I will do business with them again and highly recommend Miracle Steam!

I called BB on Halloween to see if they had availability within the next few days and she was able to get me in SAME DAY.

Justin arrived within 3 hours of my initial call, within the time frame provided.

He answered ALL of my questions and was so nice and respectful.

Now when it comes to his work - it's unreal! He's so quick and thorough. My carpets have only looked this good the day we moved in! I had him do my master bedroom and stairs.

I would absolutely use them again, especially if Justin was my tech!

I found Miracle Steam through a friend who highly recommended their services. BB and the staff are amazing! They are very professional, kind, timely, and do a great job! I had to reschedule my initial appointment due to a schedule conflict. BB called and informed me of an opening and asked if I wanted to take that time slot. The technician, Justin, did a fantastic job with the carpet. There were chalk stains in a small area of the carpet and we were worried that they might not come out but, they did! I highly recommend Miracle Steam and will be using them again!

They did a great job cleaning my carpets and the technician was friendly and professional. However, I was disappointed in the scheduling aspect of the service. They gave me a 3 hour time range (2-5) but the technician didn’t leave his last job till 5, which was over an hour away and I had to reschedule (which they worked with me in getting an appointment the next day). I understand things happen, but please do better in de-conflicting jobs, especially since you already have a 3-hour window to work with!

Justin did a solid job with the carpet cleaning. He was careful, thorough, and clearly took the work seriously. I appreciated his attention to detail and the effort he put into getting things done right.

Quincy and Jack did an excellent job of cleaning my couch, chair and ottoman. Explained all services before they performed them, cleaned up while they cleaned. Great experience would definitely recommend their services.

I am new to the Dallas area and was in need of an immediate carpet clean. It was very.last minute since the vendor I was waiting on canceled on me. I called around to several vendors but could not find one. I got a hold of Miracle Steam around 4pm to find out they could assist. They came out, were very professional and has the carpet looking so amazing. I definitely will be using them as repeat business. If you need a carpet cleaning company, I would definitely recommend them.
