Scam! Never showed up and charged my card. Complete scam company - Irving office address is fake with no physical office.

The maid service was EXCELLENT. Friendly, professional, competent and quick. She was great. Texas Cleaning Service office personnel were a bit unfriendly and non communicative. 6 stars for the maid! 3 stars for Texas Cleaning.

Was looking at cleaning services and noticed this company was in the same building that I work in. I thought it was interesting, as I have never seen them before and I have been working in this building for 5 years. They are not located at this address. Company replied to the review stating they are working remotely which has caused confusion. When I went back the the suite to talk to the front desk, the young lady explained to me that they are not as this suite and they are falsely using an address. They used to have a mailing address here but cancelled. But still using the address online...Illegal much? But yet the person who replied to the review stated that they were still there and also stated my "one star review does not reflect their business". I am sorry but if you are saying you are located at a address, and your business is in fact NOT, you are already lying. Why would I trust a lying business. SHADY.

Very disappointed with the cleaning service I received. I booked a deep cleaning services and areas were still left dirty. It was only 1 lady and a guy. I felt very uncomfortable with the guy being there because the lady did all of the work. The guy just vaccuum 1 one. And had the audacity to take a food item without asking me. Do not book from Texas Cleaning Services. Horrible service.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL GET POOR SERVICE. I am flabbergasted at the amount of good reviews this company has. I booked a deep cleaning which automatically includes drawers, cabinets, door frames and blinds for an apartment move in. I specifically noted that they pay attention to the blinds, light fixtures and vent covers. The cleaners arrived 30 minutes late (service was booked for 1pm and they arrived at 1:30pm) and did not perform a deep clean at all. The only thing they managed to actually clean were the vent covers. All the blinds in the apartment still had dust on them, the inside of the kitchen and bathroom drawers were still dirty and the top of the door frames had not been wiped.

Have consistently called and emailed about a refund and they will not issue a refund. They decided to charge my card $268.20 when I told them I did not want their services. Still waiting for a response 2+ months later.

I paid for a deep cleaning service. The cleaner was 2 hours late and didn’t come close to finishing the job. She asked if she could come back the next day to finish but she was a no-show. I have called and emailed the company multiple times and they will not respond to me to resolve it. Unfortunately it looks like I will now have to file a dispute with my bank to try and get my $350 back. I will also report this to the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware! I’m so unhappy!

Edit to include: more than a year later, still no refund. I can’t believe you have the nerve to post some generic apology on this post A YEAR LATER. We went on the news and you even lied to NBC DFW and said you were issuing a refund. LIARS AND CHEATS! SHAME ON YOU!

I just moved into a new home. I hired them the night before for a full deep clean in a 3 bedroom 3 bath home. This included walls, baseboards, blinds, etc. They charged an upfront fee of $400. I later found out this is a service that outsources to other cleaning companies.

The housekeeper was on time but totally blindsided by the job. She wasn't aware it was a deep clean. They sent only one housekeeper. Total lack of communication from the "broker" to the cleaning service and the cleaning service to the staff. I don't know where the breakdown happen. Also, the fact that they were short staff should not be my problem for the $$$ I paid. If it can't be done, turn the job down.

The housekeeper was friendly but unable to handle a deep clean of a house this size alone. I contacted the service and they offered a $50 discount, in my opinion not sufficient enough. I didn't complain further as I didn't want to get the housekeeper into trouble. I don't think she was to blame. As I sit here cleaning cabinets and walls and my third bathroom....I'm just simply irritated.

I found myself and my mother cleaning for hours the next day. So, I was unable to start unpacking until the next day. I should have keep my money in my pocket.

We found Texas Cleaning Services online, and Veronica Gonzalez is the cleaning professional who has been taking care of our residence. She is most professional, courteous and knows her way around cleaning. We have been thoroughly pleased with Texas Cleaning Services, and highly recommend this company if you're looking for quality and prompt service. A+ home cleaning service by far in the DFW area.

Our journey with CWF so far has been great! From the beginning, communication has been effective and everyone we have encountered has been polite and professional. Joshua has been able to answer our questions in a timely manner and we can tell he has our best interest in mind. We also had the pleasure of meeting John who came out to set up machines around our home to tackle the water damage. His kind and upbeat demeanor was refreshing! He worked very hard setting everything up and did it all with a smile on his face and answering any questions we had. So far we are very pleased with the CWF team.

I’m just the tenant here but I couldn’t be more impressed with the service that I received today from CWF Restoration. It started out great with Josh and his same day response time but my hats off to Christian and Julians who were my technicians today. There professionalism went above and beyond my expectations. CWF Restoration is incredible. They scheduled us right away, understanding how challenging and frustrating it is to deal with water damage. Rueben arrived right on time to inspect the situation and give us a run down of what to do next. He was so kind and patient! Christian and Julian came out to remove the carpet padding and set us up for the drying process. I literally cannot say enough good things about these gentlemen. They were so kind and professional, really helping us understand what to do every step of the way. They absolutely went above and beyond to make us comfortable. If I could give these guys 100 stars, I truly would.

I enthusiastically recommend CWF Restoration. They responded right away when I had a large mold problem and gave me speedy, courteous, and sympathetic attention along with excellent service and minimal inconvenience. Josh, Michael, Julian and Christian turned a stressful situation into a positive experience.

Excellent people and workmanship. What looked like it was going to be a large demolition project (requiring an equally large reconstruction effort) turned out to be much simpler. The team took a surgical approach to the demolition, applied all the microbial stuff, cleaned up after, dried everything out, and picked up their equipment without incident. Well done and highly recommend.
