Quincy and Jack did a phenomenal job on my carpet. They were knowledgeable, courteous And extremely professional. Their pricing was fair and they were very communicative. Miracle steam is the go to company for all your carpet cleaning needs.

Charles was on time and very professional. He did all that was asked and I could not ask for anything better. I would recommend Miracle Steam to anyone that needed carpet and tile cleaning. I hope you get Charles as he was very quick and diligent. Thank you Miracle Steam!

Just had my carpets cleaned this week. Miracle Steam did a great job! The team was very professional and courteous. They arrived early and got in and out quickly without sacrificing quality or service. My carpet look great!

We needed our carpets cleaned after a year in our home and with two big dogs. Miracle Steam got us scheduled quickly and were great! Quincy was the one who did our service and he was very informative of our options as far as add-ons and what to expect after the cleaning. He did a thorough job and we no longer have the faint smell of dog in our house that we just couldn't get rid of with our own carpet cleaner. We will definitely call this company for future cleanings!

Outstanding service. My service person went above and beyond and exemplified this fine business with his professional approach. He is an excellent representative for Miracle Steam. And my carpets have not been this clean in a decade! As an added bonus, my allergies were abated a little, as well. Give them a call.

We recently had all the carpet in our home cleaned by Charles and his team. To say they did great job is an understatement! Professional, knowledgeable and efficient service!! I would highly recommend the service of Miracle Steam to anyone.

They did a great job with the carpet cleaning! Professional and really made sure to be thorough. For the upholstery cleaning I’m so glad my furniture got back to almost like new. Would definitely recommend!

Miracle Steam always goes above and beyond. The best at carpet cleaning here in the Dallas/DFW area. Can’t recommend enough!

Miracle Steam was able to book an appointment within 48 hours of me calling.

Our technician Justin was very knowledgeable, professional and on time. He clearly explained the steps he was going to take to deep clean our carpet, and answered all of our questions.

I would hire Miracle Steam and Justin again in a heartbeat— and as a family we 3 pets, I will probably need to!

Thank you, Justin!

Charles did a great job on our 15 year old carpets that had some stains from our pet!
Thanks!

Our technician was Ishmail. He did a fantastic job! BB provided excellent customer service as well that was timely and respectful.

My family was very pleased to work with the team at Miracle. BB and Ishmail had explained via phone call during our consultation and again in-person on the exact services we would be getting rendered and were honest through the entire process (after BB told us our initial pricing numbers, she called back for a better deal on a promotion they were having after we added on extra areas). Our family has previously worked with carpet cleaners before and did not have as great experiences whether in the treatment, service, or prices, but Miracle has surpassed those for us. We’ve already begun recommending them by word-of-mouth and look forward to contacting them in the future for any needs. Thank you so much!!

Justin did a great job steam cleaning our 3 bedroom house. Such a big difference! We moved in this year and been wanting to get our carpets cleaned and had a great referral by BB. I would definitely recommend Miracle Steam for their great work, professionalism and great affordable price!

They blessed my couches ! I did the wash with pet stain and removal and wow they look brand new again!

Miracle steam was excellent. They worked with me on availability . Justin was very professional and kind. He explained everything he was doing, and was clear about the cost. He took great care, was thorough and efficient. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Punctual and professional, the team arrived on time and swiftly transformed my stained carpets to look perfect. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout the process. Not only did they efficiently remove stubborn stains, but they also demonstrated a high level of professionalism, being courteous and respectful of the home, making the entire experience seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend Miracle Steam to anyone in need of top-notch cleaning services.

Miracle Steam is a very professional carpet cleaning service. My service guy was excellent the last time they came out. Very detailed about the service. Loved the recommendations and really appreciated not feeling pressured to get the recommended add on. My carpet looked fantastic for the new year and I just called to make another appointment for this end of the year cleaning. The service was AAA... I referred them to my mom.

Justin was very professional and on time. He was trustworthy, when I left him alone in my home to go to the bank. He did an awesome job in removing my little dog stains in my carpets. I will hire him and Miracle Steam again. I am very pleased with their reasonable prices. Thank you!

We had our carpets and upholstery cleaned by Miracle Steam. The owner, Mark Lenhart was very personable and professional. And the results were even better than we had hoped. Mark was flexible and very efficient. We felt that we had received excellent value for our money. His prices are very reasonable and we had done extensive comparison shopping. The overall experience we would rate as superlative and would recommend Miracle Steam without reservation.

Great job! I really appreciate this company doing a deep clean of my carpets once a year. Very friendly gentleman and a fair price. They look at what’s best for the home owner and they don’t do unnecessary things. Trust your home to this business to get your best clean.
