i've used this company again for carpet cleaning and they did an amazing job! they were able to fit me in quickly, and grant arrived the very next day. it's great how they treat their customers like part of the family, not just another job. everyone i've worked with really cares about the service they provide, and it shows in the way they clean carpets, rugs, and even bathroom tiles. my living room carpet looks refreshed, and my oriental rugs have never looked better. i'm planning to have them clean my air vents soon too. they are always reliable and friendly—my first choice for any cleaning i need around the house. highly recommend!

ROYAL CARPET&RUG CLEANING TX does fantastic work! brandon always arrives on time, pays great attention to detail, and really cares about making carpets look their best. as a property manager for a large number of units, i rely on them for all my carpet cleaning needs during tenant changes. recently, brandon started using special carpet dyeing techniques to hide or remove tough bleach stains, and the results are so impressive—it’s hard to tell there was ever any damage. he is very skilled and professional in his work. i also had my cloth office chairs cleaned, and i couldn’t believe the difference. they didn’t seem that dirty before, but after cleaning, they looked fresh and like new. if you want a reliable and affordable carpet cleaning service for your home, office, or business, this is definitely the one to choose. highly recommend!

Great company to work with. Charles, the owner, came to my home on short notice to provide an estimate. Not only did he explain things throughly, he beat every other competitors estimate. Charles and his team including Rob came in and did a great job in a timely matter. My carpet looks brand new! I would highly recommend Miracle Steam for your carpeting and floor cleaning.

These days as a consumer we are taught to complain loudly for all to hear when things don't go right via every social media outlet you can find. I feel we should do the same when we have a great experience.

I cannot tell you how shocked and happy I am with the results of my grout and tile cleaning. I was referred to Miracle Steam by someone who told me they made her grout and tile look brand new. They were not even lying. Our tile and grout is 17 years old and ours looks brand new TOO! I knew my tile grout was white but never thought it could be brought back this good??? Charles was very enthusiastic and explained upfront he wanted to provide results that were nothing less than excellent and the best customer service possible - and he did. I wish I could post my before and after pictures here - I will on Facebook. I would recommend this company to anyone and will be having them come back for the carpets next. 5 stars and 2 thumbs UP! I am so grateful for Miracle Steam! The service I received was beyond amazing. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I never once felt like they were trying to over sell or take advantage. They were so honest, and fair. They helped me with carpet cleaning, grout/ tile cleaning and stretching my carpets. My carpets weren't as bad but the smell of pets were. My carpet looks brand new and there is no pet smell at all!! I will continue to use Miracle steam for my carpet needs! Very affordable and efficient! I also got my rug cleaned and it looks brand new as well!

Miracle Steam gave 5 star service in my home! Charles and Quincy came in to clean three large area rugs and also provided me a quote for deep cleaning of my tile floors. They did a fantastic job and I will definitely be using them for future services!

After reading a bunch of reviews, I decided that I would try this company out. I used the text line to find out if they had any specials. They texted me back and said yes all of our specials are posted online. So I went to the website. I saw that they had a three room special For $119 for rooms up to 12 x 12. Plus, they had a 25% off deal for Pet and odor remover. This was perfect considering I have very small bedrooms. So I called to book the service and the gentleman who claimed to be the “trainer” said that the special that was posted online was incorrect and quoted me a much higher price for the 3 rooms. Additionally, he said I could not combine the two specials that were online. I told him that there was no verbiage on their websites that say you cannot do this and I would like him to honor the 3 room price that was posted. He said no and laughed at me. I felt as though the entire experience was very misleading, and I was being taken advantage of as a consumer being quoted almost $400 for three bedrooms and a long hallway with the pet stain remover. I will not be using this company because of their misleading business practices & they’re overall poor customer service.

Prior to moving into our home, we called Miracle Steam and spoke directly with the Owner to schedule airduct cleaning, house cleaning and carpet cleaning. The teams were very professional, courteous, and arrived on time. The carpet technicians, Justin and Quincy, provided a thorough explanation prior to cleaning the carpets and offered recommendations were needed. Miracle Steam made moving into our new home so much better, because the entire house was fresh and clean. We would highly recommend the Miracle Steam Team!
