Reviews of local pros in Irving, Texas

Lowes sent this company to install our new carpet. First, they pretty much destroyed our moisture barrier pad, then gave us an attitude when we asked them to at least follow the installation instructions that are printed on the pad. They installed the pad incorrectly on the stairs. When we tried to get them to come fix it, they gave us a b.s. excuse why they do it that way, and refused. They allowed our roll of carpet to get wet when it started raining. They also tried to tell us that an upstairs linen closet (2'x3') wasn't included. By this time, I was getting angry, so I told the guy in no uncertain terms that it was supposed to be, so if it wasn't on the plans, it was the fault of their person who did the measurements, not ours, so they were absolutely to carpet that closet.

Overall, a horrible experience with this company. Do not hire them!

This company was contracted through the South Side Pueblo Lowe's to install my vinyl flooring. The installer stated that he would not make any money off the installation because it would take two days because of leveling issues. They were scheduled for two days. I wouldn't trust this company to install flooring in my dog house.

So they didn't show first appointment resheduled, they did really good with the planks themselves in tight looks great. The trim left a little to be desired ... used metal nails in the white and brown trim in lieu of the color of the trim also split the brown trim in 2 places thinking pre-drill the holes on the trim itself before and caulk over the nails. They were professional and cortious. If it were the planks alone it would be a 5

Worst experience ever. The guy comes out to rip out the flooring in my mom's room. Said it was dripping wet and a bio hazard for him to do it because of her older dog.
We rip up the floor and it was dry. Won't rip out won't haul away won't do anything. Go literally anywhere else.

I appreciate how careful they were while working inside my house.

They were polite, efficient, and left everything spotless.

They did excellent work at a fair price. Highly recommend.

No mess, no hassle, just clean ducts and better air.

I noticed a difference right after they left. Totally top notch

The house already feels less stuffy and dusty. Great job and a fair price.

I liked how upfront they were with the pricing, no hidden stuff, just clear and fair

My HVAC system runs much better now. The crew was professional, friendly, and very detail-oriented.

Es una enpresa muy buena

Esta bien para poder dar una opinion

Whenever our family member needs a vehicle they're always will to help assist us in getting us all in a vehicle we enjoy. It is a blessing indeed.

i brought a large carpet that i bought online to royal carpet&rug cleaning tx in irving for a comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing service. david and tanner did an outstanding job, and they even completed the task ahead of the predicted schedule. i also found their pricing to be very fair. thank you once again.

Just had our carpet cleaning service. We were initially concerned about the 'disorder' we read about online, but Brandon and David were remarkable! They tidied up and it's as if they were never in Irving! Incredible job. They arrived on time, acted professionally, and we couldn't be more grateful! Thank you!

Our technician from ROYAL CARPET&RUG CLEANING TX, David, did an exceptional job cleaning our stairs and hallways, which had gathered quite a bit of dirt due to high foot traffic. I regret not capturing any 'before' pictures, but I did manage to take some 'after' ones. David was courteous, timely, and an excellent ambassador for your company, adding positivity to our experience in Irving.

This is my second time employing the services of ROYAL CARPET&RUG CLEANING TX and they are simply amazing! Brandon promptly arranged my cleaning appointment and my formerly unattractive carpets now look superb! The process was swift and straightforward. I will definitely be using their services again.

David is an exceptional person. He performs the carpet cleaning task in a skilled and friendly manner. We were delighted with the outcome of our carpet cleaning, considering the length of time that had elapsed since their previous cleaning. This carpet cleaning company is strongly suggested and we intend to make use of their services once more in Irving.
