Credible Solar didn't do my original solar installation and there was 2 installers before Dru could get to me. He's a busy man and it took him awhile to get over here but he fixed me up and he didn't charge me hardly anything. As a senior citizen I appreciate that. 100% recommend Credible Solar if you need help with your solar .

After buying our new home, we discovered the Tesla batteries hadn’t been operational for about six months and we had little to no information about the solar or battery system. Dru at Credible Solar stepped in and was excellent to work with. He quickly diagnosed the situation, explained the system clearly, and got the batteries fully up and running again.

We recently had our Tesla Gateway replaced at our ranch by Dru and were very pleased with both his work and professionalism. Although the project took longer than originally anticipated due to Tesla’s required diagnostics, scheduling with Tesla, and Dru’s understandably full calendar, he kept us informed throughout the entire process and saw the job through to completion. Dru was fair and transparent with his pricing and did not overcharge for the additional time involved. We appreciate his craftsmanship, communication, and follow-through, and would gladly work with him again on future electrical or Tesla Powerwall projects.

Dru did an exceptional job managing a difficult project with lots of his other competing priorities. Took awhile but I’m absolutely thrilled with the system and performance.

I Don't like to bash on businesses but am very tired of chasing behind Solio Solar to get an update for my connection or just a general update if they will connect me or not Since June 30 I started calling and the guy answering kept stalling, "am out of town, am not in-front of my computer, I'll message you Tuesday" now they seem to have blocked my number and just ignoring my calls, I've been very nice and professional about the situation but quite frankly at this point am out of options, am

Worst experience. Tired of chasing them via calls. We have been paying to them as well as co-serve every month. Left with a huge loan. They aren’t answering any of our calls. They promised something else and delivering nothing. BETTER STAY AWAY!

The worst Solar company you could find. They don't honor or respect the contract regarding rebates. You have to chase them for months and months but absolutely no response.

Solio Solar is a great company to do business with. They explained all the process and answered all my questions. Staff is knowledgeable and are friendly. Get panels from Solio solar!

It so laughable that others believe customer service is actually there to help you. I love it when customer service say they will get back to you and never get back to you. WOW, What a surprise!!! Lies after lies, it my fault really to even think about getting a solar panel in the first place.

Can’t say enough about CYI They showed up early and worked non-stop until the work was finished. They were polite, friendly, tidy and hard working! Ask for team CYI for a flawless installation! Their leader George really knows how to take care of his clients.

Jorge was real professional and educational when it came to the whole solar movement. I wasn’t sold on it before but when he showed me all the benefits I was sold. Highly recommend him and his team

My parents got Solar from this company, and the process was smooth and the install wasn't so crazy it was fast and out of the way. The people that we talked to were so nice and polite being able To explain the process to me and my parents in Spanish, and in english. Definitely ask for George Lira

WARNING…Worst company I’ve been dealing with. They only connected half a panels and city came by and give me a red tag for no permit for electrical…they put the panels way different then the proposal, promises, lies just warning you guys stay away from them... many neighbors not too happy with them STAY AWAY!!

Ok (Solio Owner) if the patio is nothing to do with Solio why you told on the phone to send you all the recipients to reimburse me which I do send it to you I have everything recorded on my security cameras that you told me that. And I can put a long review but im not gonna make it the time to do it… all I want is to finish 100% what you need to do.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Unfaithful sales practices, they promise unrealistic tax credits and won't follow through on promises. Installations are done without proper permits and no support after installation. No commitment to contracts or rebate agreements, they won't respond to calls.

Phenomenal experience overall. Brandon really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. From great communication and transparency to being efficient with their install. We’ve saved money ever since we went solar. We love not having an electrical bill!
