Working with Ayrton and George was quite simply was the most easy process I’ve ever done in my life, they made the concept of Solar so simple for me, and the price they offered me was a price no one could match their  Solar rebate program is the best in the industry. Definitely worth working with these guys!

From the initial contact with the sales rep, to the communication with the team for permits, HOA approval to the final instillation it was a flawless process. The install team was nice, approachable, explained and everything we asked. Even after a full Texas afternoon on a roof they still extended 100% professionalism to my family and I. Their management dropped in periodically
checking on their well being, the job site and made it feel like we were important. Highly recommend working with George & Ayrton two outstanding individuals!

“This is a Scam stay away”

If you are thinking about solio as your solar provider, please read my review before deciding to move forward. Sharing this so that you wont need to go through what me and one of our friend is going through. Better to choose something with good customer support, something which is more reliable and not a scam

Let me tell you why, this is not a company who are genuine and true to themselves on what they promise and what they deliver.

Aryton is the sales rep with whom we worked during our initial contract that happened 5 months ago, we were able to contact him / got response only till the contract was signed and solar panels got installed. After that we never got a proper response or never been updated on our loan status / rebate amount.

Experience with solio team and sales representative(Ayrton) : No one will be answering texts, calls or emails, they just ignore and expect you to pay more for months. We were able to reach out to PM / company receptionist, but the only answer we always receive is that she is not authorized and pass on our message to higher management.

The Biggest concern : We tried contacting multiple times for our rebate amount and we never got response, after 5 months we have been told that there is an issue with our loan getting approved.

What worries us most is, we have been paying our monthly installments from last 5 months, if the loan is not approved then where is the installment amount going to? And why are we paying the extra amount when we were promised to get rebate by September.

We directly contacted financial company and they told that there is no issues with our loan and funds have been released to solio solar .

After multiple failed attempts of reaching out to you, i am leaving this review as i don’t see a way of getting an update from your end.Next steps for me file a consumer complaint for you guys stay away from this company.

I was tired of paying too much on my light bill! Janet was able to help me with all my questions and concerns. I’m so glad she showed up at my door! She’s an expert at what she does! She will definitely help you save money! She also helped me with a brand new roof and insulation! She can help me with my tax rebate too! Idk why people complain about it! They have to claim it through tax return, not the company. But she is a great person and friend!

I’m extremely pleased with my new solar system! It’s saving me so much money! I have had great communication from the start with Janet! She’s the best! Make sure you check her out she’s going to take the time to really help you and get you the right system size! No second bill and she even does taxes so I can get my tax credit through her! Definitely would recommend to all my friends and family!

Solio Solar did a great job installing my solar panels. I couldn't have asked for more in regards to the communication and customer service provided. I highly recommend this company if your looking into a solar project for your home.

Customer Service is top notch. They were understanding of all of my concerns, and spent the time explaining over the phone the details I didn’t understand. The VP came on the line as well to tell me he would be at the house while the panels were installed! Best investment I’ve made in years, and it was because of Solio

Before I got this company, I did a lot of research on other companies and found Solio Solar to be straightforward and professional. They gave a timeline of when to expect things. The installation was done in a couple of days. They left my house clean when done and still, they followed up to make sure things were working well. No regrets about making Solio my solar company.

George has assisted me throughout the process of having solar panels installed on my home. She has been spot on in answering all my questions and has continued to be available to me even after the install and activation was completed. I am extremely satisfied with Solio Solar - from beginning to end. I used Solio Solar while living in a previous home, in a different city, and had a great experience as well. They have not disappointed me this time around! I would highly recommend them if you've decided on using solar power

For the love of God! Please don't do it! In fact, do not do solar at all! Richard from Solio came to my door after I had been in another failed contact for a year. He promised that Solio could help me get out of my original contract if I decided to do a lease contract with them adding panels to the back of my house. They added the panels 3-4 months ago and I can't get any responses...

Now, I have my electric bill, original contract bill, and a lease bill! Richard stopped returning my texts, Solio's phone number online no longer works, and I am screwed!

Please do not mess with solar of any sort. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND FRUSTRATION!
