Reviews of local pros in Italy, Texas

Techs JD and Frankie were great! They were efficient and polite and took care of our A/C problem in no time. Even got to our house on the same day we requested service! A/C & Heating Experts will be our go to company from now on.

Perry did a wonderful job at Graff had ac up and running faster than I can finish my review great professional work

Eddie and his guys at AC & Heating Experts are awesome!!! They have always been timely on getting to me, and taken care of my issues everytime. They don't push a new system if it's not truly necessary. Great company to call for your heating and ac needs!

We have been using A/C & Heating Experts LLC for about 2 years. They have been extremely accurate diagnosing our issues and are very prompt to repair. Eddie, Roland and Perry have kept our commercial building up and running. Thank you

Perry was excellent and very helpful when our thermostat went out! James before that was super helpful in getting us and installing a dehumidifier. Can’t recommend enough!

John was fantastic. He came out over the weekend withing a couple hours of calling and got us working for the unreasonably warm October and then came back today (Tuesday) with the parts to replace. He went the extra mile in suggesting a maintenance plan to try to avoid these things in the future and gave our whole system a once-over to make sure everything was working well. As long as they are an option, I will not be calling any other HVAC provider.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such an outstanding experience with Eddie and his crew I figured I should share it with the world! They installed a brand new AC/heating unit, and dehumidifier, including all new ducts and blower unit. Everything they do is top notch. They are super clean, knowledgeable, friendly and on time. I highly recommend AC and Heating Experts! I would have given them 10 stars if offered.

Rolando and Perry have been so helpful! Diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and resolved things quickly and professionally! Highly recommend

These guys were great, quick and efficient. Perry, Frankie, and Alex were all professional and friendly. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

Great service! I had a little A/C issue and one of the guys was here that same night. He took his time to find out what the problem was, and I was grateful for that. They go above and beyond! Eddie and his team are great!

Perry was very efficient in finding multiple issues with our unit both outside and in our attic. He and Relondo showed up early when the part came in and got it completed ahead of schedule.

Perry was quick and professional. He was able to communicate very well with everything he changed out on our unit. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent customer service man I called Eddie and explained my issue to him and within 12 hours a technician was at my door. Perry the technician came in and was very courteous and he addressed a few more areas to us making sure they were good before leaving if your looking for a good hvac company in the DFW area give them a shout

Eddie is absolutely the very best. Fixed our system, no trying to upsell, just fixed problem. Very professional and polite! Got here quickly and on time!!

I cannot express enough how incredibly grateful I am to AC Heating Experts for their exceptional service. I’ve had a persistent issue with my AC unit that caused numerous problems, but the team at AC Heating Experts went above and beyond every single time they came out to help. Their dedication and commitment to fixing the issue without hesitation is truly remarkable. They approached each visit with professionalism, kindness, and an unwavering willingness to solve the problem, no matter how challenging it became. It’s rare to find a business that is as genuinely caring and reliable as they are. I am beyond thankful for their outstanding service and for consistently going the extra mile. AC Heating Experts is the epitome of what a great business should be, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services. They have earned my trust and appreciation for life!”

Perry came out and serviced our A/C & heating unit. They are fabulous! They are polite, sensitive to those in the home, and willing to explain everything they do. They installed a new unit in an emergency last year and have continued to maintain service for us. They are committed to keeping our unit functioning well and helping us whenever necessary. I would recommend them a hundred times over!

Eddie and his team are very professional, reliable and efficient. Had a problem with my AC System not wanting to cool down. Pinpointed the issue right away got the part ordered and replaced in a timely manner. Highly recommended!!

Since moving into our new home in Ellis County - we have used services from A/C & Heating Experts LLC. We have received excellent & affordable services - most recently we scheduled a visit for a quick tune-up to ensure everything is up-to-par as we go into a new season. Our technician, Perry was thorough in his visit. While he was here , he shared some insight about our drain line to help prevent the flow of water from clogging in the future. I highly recommend contacting Eddie (owner) to get his team of knowledgeable, honest & kind employees for the next service call.

A/C & Heating Experts installed our complete system in our new house. We have been exceptionally pleased. Today was the last day of our complimentary visits to check the system, and we were very quick to pay their nominal fee for them to continue routine checks and maintenance. Eddie and his team exude expertise and professionalism along with plenty of integrity. I'm 63 years old and I don't think I've ever seen a more trustworthy business. John took care of us today, and he was very thorough and took his time to explain things to me and answer my questions. I could clearly see that he was treating our heating and cooling system as if it were his own. I highly recommend A/C & Heating Experts and I regularly tell my closest friends about them.

AC & Heating experts have done a phenomenal job! Their communication and customer service has honestly been like no other. We had some hiccups and they went above and beyond to get us up and running. Honestly, I cannot even think of the last time we’ve worked with company where everyone was so friendly.. that’s a lost art these days. I will definitely save their number in my phone and refer them to all my friends and family!

Great experience with AC Experts!! Perry was great from the start very detailed on what needed to be done to get our AC working again properly. Rolando came on repair day and was great very informative. They answered our questions and worked until the job was complete. I could tell they both knew what they were doing!!! Made me feel at ease. The two of them made this experience a lot easier. Thank you AC Experts for having them on your team!! Thank you Perry and Rolando!!
