100% satisfied. Eddie has several years experience doing HVAC in the extreme temperatures of Texas. He's up-to-date on codes, products, and usage, and professionalism/quality of work is on point! He and his team showed up at the appointed time, removed the old system, installed a new system, and cleaned up as if they were never here. He was able to answer all of my questions. It's 109 outside and 73 inside. No one wants to drop thousands of a new a system, but I couldn't be happier that THE ENTIRE PROCESS worked out as it did. I’ve used these guys twice and both times I’ve been impressed with how honest and thorough they are. James came out the first time and Fernando came out the second time. They don’t try to sell or replace things just to get in your pocket!! Not the usual process of people in this business.

Eddie and his team of professionals have been taking care of my heating and air needs for nearly two years now. I subscribed for their maintenance service program in which they perform services every six months to ensure that my system is ready for the heat of the Summer and cold Winter weather. I love the peace of mind that I get knowing that a professional has checked my system for preventative issues instead of waiting for issues to arise.

A/C & Heating Experts LLC are not out to take your money. Twice in the past year I have requested that my system be serviced due to what I thought was system issues. Each time, they have been willing to set up a service visit but also diagnosed the issue over the phone and gave me to option to have them come out or see if the issue subsided. Both times they were correct in advising me that my system was running fine and saved me on service charges.

Lastly, I had another company come out to diagnose a heating and air issue, just to be told that the only fix was to completely replace the control module and other electrical system repairs on my two year old HVAC system. When I asked for a second opinion from Eddie's team, they fixed the problem without replacing any system parts...two years later, no problems.

I will use A/C & Heating Experts LLC for all my heating and air needs going forward.

The service tech was outstanding. He arrived in the window he said he would, and got straight to work solving our issue. We were preparing for a winter storm, and they did everything in their power to make sure we were prepared and ready for whatever came. We will absolutely use them again for all of our heating and ac needs.
