Worst Customer service if my life. Yelled at me on my front porch because his last job got cancelled and wanted to do ours 2 days early and we werent ready. Threw a temper tantrum and stormed off leaving wondering what the hell just happened. Then lied to landlord that we cussed him out and refused to come back. So very very unprofessional.

Joe and the crew were extremely professional and gave great advice when I needed help with several Red Oaks. They were able to cable a limb and remove several limbs that were damaged.

Called to get a quote on storm damage cleanup, tree removal, and tree trimming. They came out same day for the quote, next day for the storm damage cleanup, and within a week for everything else. The work was quality and the crew professional. Will use them again and recommend them.

Joe came out to look at a tree that seemed to be dying. Joe is not just another "tree guy", he's very knowledgeable about trees, he explained to us that he didn't feel comfortable ripping the tree (what we wanted). He said the tree was viable, and gave us some easy and affordable options to help the tree. 2 years later and the tree is still alive. Joe wasn't out to make a quick buck, he was quick to save me money.

Joe sent an excellent crew to remove 3 very large pine trees from our property. Jacob and the guys that came with him were on time, professional and cleaned up the mess from the trees they cut down. I recently hired Stars and Stripes to remove one tree and trim another in my backyard. I was highly impressed with their work. They efficiently took down the tree and expertly trimmed the other. When they left out, my yard spotless. No debris left behind! I highly recommend their services for their professionalism and attention to detail.
