Excellent work ethics. On time. The guys were polite and answered all of my questions. When they left the area was clean with no debris laying around. Air grills were perfectly locate on the ceiling.

Cecil came, introduced himself and immediately got to work. Had everything done in no time, explained what all was the issue with my ductwork and even topped off my system just to make sure. Awesome experience, definitely going with these folks again if I ever need to!

The two guys that came out were fine. They were very polite. Guys found something that wasn't hooked up properly and they also found an "air imbalance" in our guest room-both issues stemming from how things were done by our builder. So we don't feel we caused either issue but we had to pay anyway. Owner of Next Gen is contacting builder to see if they will pay for air imbalance to be fixed. Guest room hasn't been used so we didn't realize it was such a problem till recently. But definitely was a problem from the start and we wonder how did this pass inspection??? However Shane, owner, was very nice and I feel his two guys that came here were also. Nextgen came out to balance air in that guestroom today. The guy that came was very nice and was patient even when I asked him why why why he answered my questions patiently and nicely. I thank him and the company for that. He earns extra points for bringing his own booties to fit over his shoes because I don't allow dirty shoes in my house. Big time thank you for that!

Moved into a new house with a zoned HVAC system that was a controls nightmare and likely never worked correctly. On top of that, the system was leaking refrigerant due to a bad TXV install by another contractor.

NexGen service tech experts Cory and Alex came to the rescue. They arrived on time, got right to work, quickly diagnosed the issues, and clearly knew how to fix them properly. The NexGen office staff was also professional and communicated well when setting up the service calls.

NexGen was very responsive in responding to my email about work they had done a couple years ago for a new build. They scheduling a service call the next day and addressed a couple of items noted on an inspection report from selling my home. Very professional, expedient and thorough.

Cecil took care of my hvac needs by professionally installing a new coil. He and his Co-worker, Jessie (of i recall his name correctly) worked diligently, and got the job completed in an efficient manner. I just hope I have no more issues with my hvac system going forward, at least for several more years. Today's repair was to replace a slow freon leak of a nearly new 3 old coil and they SHOULD last many years, this is my very 1st coil replacement in my brand new home, and have never experienced issues with any of my previous homes of many, with 3 of those homes bought new. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that all will remain "good as new" going forward. Nonetheless, NexGen Cecil and Jessie did a professional install, explained what was transporting as they completed steps of the job and were well mannered, respectful and professional. Thank you NexGen!
