Thermal Air is a great, honest company. Our AC went out while we were out of town..... IN JULY! ! We have 2 dogs and a 115gallon saltwater aquarium. It would have been fatal if TA didn't fix our AC, Texas is hot! Their #1 priority was to make sure the animals were in a cool environment!

I would not hire them again for my residential work. They would say they are going to be out but wouldn't give exact time on that day or at times not even show up with out calling. They forgot to glue the P trap on the PVC pipe. Water ended up dripping in my kitchen. I call them and was told you don't have to glue all the PVC pipe.( I talked to the city inspector he said the P-trap is the most important part to be gluing because of the water weight ,gravity and the vibration) But would be out the next day to glue it in place. They did not show up they did not call so I end up having somebody else take care of it because I am disabled and I can't get up there to do it

I purchased a complete system of air conditioning and furnace in December of 2024. I know it is a holiday weekend Labor day but my air conditioning went out Saturday night. I have been trying to get in touch with them since then no one is responding by text or phone call I get a i chat as the answer not a real human. I am sitting here miserable.

We put in a claim with our home warranty plan. They send out people that tried to charge for a bunch of unnecessary things. I called the Nexgen team for another opinion and they came out and got us back up and running because they said it was the right thing to do. Their words. We will be calling them for any future needs. Honest and great team of guys. Hands down best experience we have had while living in Burleson!! Thank you for showing us integrity still exists!!

We set up an bi-annual maintenance service with NexGen. This was our second service for the spring. They were very prompt and Cecil who was the service tech was very friendly and polite. He did a very thorough job and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this company for all your HVAC issues!!!

Jesus was great. I thought my AC had something really wrong with it, but after talking to him, we realized it was because my cat was hitting the wires when he was moving around under the return air area. They are honest about the problems. I highly recommend them.

Was not a customer. Called they were willing to come check. That evening. Came back first thing in the morning. First grateful to God. As He placed this company and technician on the radar. Now a regular customer.

Was not getting heat. On one unit gas turned off.
On the other unit bad wire st unit at termedtst and unit. Work was done accurately.

Cecil was courteous and informative on 7/8. Mike who was here on 7/15 to fix it all did outstanding work and was very knowledgeable and courteous. John also was very prompt, courteous and efficient on an after hours call.

Thank you NexGen!! Great service!! They showed up in a timely manner and fixed my ac unit in the attic on the same day. Called at 3:30pm on a Friday and at 4:30pm the tech was here ready to fix the issue. Highly recommend NexGen!!
