I lost water on the weekend before the freeze he came out within the hour and repaired my pipes. I have an old home with weird piping and he was to repair it quickly. Highly recommend!

Chris took my husband's call one night and came out the very next day to replace our toilet. He called before he came as he said he would. He was courteous and professional. He left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. We will definitely contact him for any future plumbing needs.

Chris came out on a Friday night to replace a valve connected to a toilet that wouldn’t shut off. He did a great job, and I highly recommend if you need a plumber. Called three other plumbers on the Good Contractors List that couldn’t be bothered.

We called Chad out on a Saturday morning because our toilets were flushing slowly and the washing machine puked all over the floor. Chad said he would be there within the hour and he was. Super friendly and professional. He stayed around to make sure everything was working correctly afterwards. He will be who we call in the future.

My home warranty contracted this guy to replace out tankless hot water heater, and he was charging us an additional $1600 on top of what the warranty company was paying. First it took the hot water heater almost a month of not more to come. He was not great at communicating, he would not return calls unless I called the warranty company, and they called him. He called me when it came in and said he would be at my home on 4/21 to install the unit, first thing in the morning. When he hadn’t showed around 8:00AM, I texted to ask a time, he replied back around 10:00. When I responded that I had taken the morning off to be there and that I was expecting him earlier he offered to reschedule if I would like because his off an hour and a half away. I opted to keep the appointment for 4/21. He then called the home warranty company said there was a discrepancy at the property (which he never came to) and cancelled. He never called me, we had to find out from the warranty company that he was not coming. He told them he lied!! We missed half a day from work and still no hot water heater! Poor customer service and a liar on top of that.
