We ending up not getting the plumbing inspection done but we were so impressed with their costumer service! Tyler was responsive, courteous, and patient with answering all of my questions. They even went above and beyond in helping us figure out a situation after business hours. Definitely recommend!!

Late in the afternoon on Friday 4/21, we had an issue with an outdoor water connection. Had to turn off my water to house . . . TJ managed to get a young man out to our house and resolve the problem on that same day! Great personal attention to our predicament, and great service from the technician!!

If there were a zero star rating that is what I would be giving Mr. Miller. After 2 cancellations, 3 holes in my wall, a tub that was torn apart, a promise to have another company out same day or next day which didn't happen , being told that they were just "all covered up" I would have to say that you should hire this company with caution. The crew that came out were very nice and I enjoyed them, but the scheduling/cancellations/lack of a calls and communication and general unprofessionalism is enough to say that Mr. Miller is the LAST person I would use for a plumbing issue.. or any issue for that matter. FINALLY after Two weeks and one day I hired Hildabrants plumbing. they were several hundred dollars less. fixed everything same day, and even called me when they were going to be 10 minutes late! I was patient and gave Mr. Miller more than enough time to fix the issue and redeem himself and his company, but he either wasn't interested, or wasn't capable. I am very disappointed and will tell everyone who will listen about the horrible experience I had. I urge you not to risk it...

These guys are great. They came out on short notice and unclogged our drains. They had a look at our washer that happened to start leaking and stopped turned off the cut off of me. They are friend, fast, efficient and their prices are very fair.

Our main water line broke recently, I called TJ Miller and Sons plumbing and they sent a technician and his apprentice out very quickly to fix the problem. The tech was extremely friendly and polite, and they were very reasonable on price. I will definitely call them again!!!

Exceeded all of my expectations. During texas snowstorm 2021 we had a pipe bust. I called and TJ walked me through the steps to shut off water to minimize damage. He said they could come day after tomorrow but showed up the very next day. Found leak and repaired in about 1 hr. Very friendly and professional crew. Exemplify what service should be now adays. I highly recommend.

I'm a plumber for TJ Miller & Sons Plumbing. TJ takes care of his customers. Has well trained staff. Keeps up to date with equipment and education for his plumbers. I've been with the company for over 5 years almost 6. It's been a really good experience. So if you or someone you know have a plumbing issue give us a call you will not be disappointed

We had a plumping situation that started out to be one thing and then grew into a mountain of dirt all around the house we are renting. These men were professional and very hard working. They were honest and gave us as much information as they could in a unknown and developing situation of a complete redo of old piping. We called the office often to get more information and everyone who we spoke to were kind, patient and professional as well. I especially want to share the dig out crews praises. These men were extremely hard working and focused to get the pipes dug out and exposed for the plumbers to come in. They were here many days in 103, 105 and today 111 degrees and working clear to 6pm. Now they have filled in and it's clean and amazing that all the piles of dirt are back under the house. They left things better then they found them 1000%. The plumbers I'm sure did phenomenal because all the previous problems are gone. We didn't see them as we left the house for the days we could not use the plumbing. Highly recommend these folks. Were great to work with and the pricing seems totally fair for the mega scope of work there was. Hoping we won't have to call them again but if any other plumbing needs arise we know who to call.

I had a hot water issue. I replaced the upper thermostat and elements on my water heater and eventually replaced the water heater, keep in mind it was 16 years old, and still nothing. At this point I have done all I know to do. I called a few local plumbers and got the same answer, after telling them what did. I have the dreaded slab leak. I was quoted unbelievable prices to do the work. I spoke with Mr. TJ and he was honest and told me that a lot of people charge outrageous prices for what is sometimes a simple fix. One guy quoted me $1500 more than what I paid Mr TJ.

He sent his plumbers out, there names were Bobby and Toby, to do the job. They did an amazing job. They were very professional, respectful and all around great guys. I would STRONGLY recommend TJ and Sons to anyone needing anything taken care of. Oh and by the way, he is so honest and a man of his word, the job was actually less than originally quoted. Great company with great employees, that you can tell love their company and what they do.

In closing thank you Mr TJ , Bobby, and Toby for an amazing experience! Y’all are great people!

SATURDAY, BROKEN PIPE ON WATER METER. Left a message, never returned call.

Called for service . Never got back to me. 5 days no water . Very undependable.

We hired Chris for two separate jobs and he did not show up. He also stole a $1k grill from us and whenever we ask him about it, he blows us off.

Chris is honest, responsive, and just the best! We have been super impressed.

Chris responded promptly, answered all my questions, gave me a great price, great service, did not try to take advantage at any point. I will use 6Sigma for any and all future plumbing issues and would recommend to any and everybody.

Have used Chris on multiple issues and occasions. Always goes beyond the expected.
Have recommended him to many others who have also been impressed with his professionalism and quality of work.
