If I could give 10 stars I would! Nexgen was so easy to work with. They got me scheduled promptly, and I had a technician on site in less than an hour, even though my situation was not an emergency, and literally could've waited. The tech, Ryan, was an absolute joy. He was polite, and very knowledgeable. He came in and reviewed everything, and had the problem fixed in no time. If you are looking for a solid AC company, this is it!

Another HVAC company tried to gouge me on labor and shipping on the price of a warranty repair for a 2 year old unti. I contacted NexGen and they informed me of the truth about warranty work. They got the part the same day and made the repair at a very reasonabale labor rate.

Jesus was our technician, he was prompt, very interested in finding the problem, discussed w/ us the solution. Most importantly he listened to the circumstances of the situation & kept at it to discover the real issue!! He went above & beyond to fix our system. We highly recommend this company & technician!! I got four different quotes for my HVAC project, and Bret at NexGen beat every single one—by HALF! Not only was the price unbeatable, but the service was exceptional. Bret made sure every detail was exactly how I wanted it and even provided a cover for the AC unit to fix a reflective issue with the fan blades.

The installers were incredibly respectful, professional, and went above and beyond—they even cut a new vent to improve airflow in my laundry room. I truly don’t think the companies quoting me $20k+ would’ve come close to the quality and care that NexGen delivered.

I have an entirely new system, plus I have walk boards up in the attic now (Thanks Bret!) and I just could not be happier.

Cecil was very good, attentive and helpful at resolving our thermostat problems. He was a pleasure to work with.

Ac is working, but lost screws for access panel, smashed some the coil a bit in the corners while physically inside the unit, still left debris inside the unit, including the grill badge.

Scheduling my maintenance appointment was super easy. The appointment was completed in the given time window and Cecil was a delight to work with.

Everyone from the time they answered the phone (can't recall her name) to speaking with Shane, the owner, and John the technician was great to work with. John was on time, made a quick diagnosis and was able to resolve the issue quickly. AC is back up and running in no time! John also offered some tips and tricks around how to best use the unit for the most efficiency, along with the fresh air intake improvements. Thank you all! NexGen is a great company. They stand behind their work and their techs are next level. My issue was resolved in no time and Jesus cleaned up after he finished. Very professional crew. Cleaned up the mess. They took out the almost 50 year old ductwork and replaced it. Looking forward to cleaner air! Would definitely recommend them!!!

We had several companies come out and give us quotes on a complete replacement of our AC and furnace and they gave us multiple quotes for a base line system and the top of the line system. After we decided on what we wanted to go with they had their crew out within a few days. They were on time, very respectful of our home, and the fact that we had a toddler running around. It took two days to finish the whole project (a complete gut of a century old home) and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for AC work!
