We have loved working with Randall, the owner, and Adriana, the office manager! Because of the transparency in pricing available on the website, we knew exactly what type of pool was in our budget. Randall came to our home and was so thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. We never once felt rushed or pressured. The process to submit needed documentation is clear and simple, and Adriana has been fantastic at staying in contact with us while we secured financing and got HOA approval. We are excited to begin the construction phase of this project!

This is the second pool I’ve built and the experience this time with Backyard Fun Pools could not have been more different.

BFP delivered exactly what was promised, on time and within an agreed budget. And it came out even better than we. anticipated.

And out project manager Jeff Minks was great through the process. He not only kept us informed about what to expect every step of the way, he also had time to answer all my questions. He was terrific.

We have some finishing touches to take care of including adding salt to the water. I can't wait to try it out. It’s been a great experience and a great end result.

I had my back yard transformed by back yard fun pools in less than 30 days. During construction the pool was to take 4-6 weeks to complete weather permitting. My pool looks amazing and the entire crew was professional, respectful and work in a timely manner. Every question I had was answered during the construction face. I’m am more than satisfied.

When searching for a pool builder it was important for me to shop local to circulate dollars amongst our community, have a PB that was professional and passionate about their crafts, as well as that would be responsive before, during, and after completion. Mr. Randall and Mr. Jeff exceeded our expectations. They both are very responsive and truly love ALL THINGS POOL. You can tell they love what they do by just speaking with them in regards to ideas. I love that they offer amazing packages that you can always add upgrades to. We decided on a salt water/heated system with gunite and our pool is absolutely beautiful. Our build was fast and their prices are also very reasonable. There is no other company I would recommend! Thanks again for all your company has done. Today is an exciting day as we now have water being put in the pool. It has been 27 days since we broke ground! So far, our experience has been excellent. We were contacted right away after submitting an inquiry. Randall came out, and my wife and I were able to give our feedback on the design at our kitchen table as he was drawing it live in front of us. There was no high pressure sales tactics and communication has been excellent with everyone at Backyard Fun Pools. We are getting a very high quality pool at a fair price. We love the "Cloud" design that we picked. The actual pool looks just like initial design.
