Constraction reviews in Katy, Texas

Emilio was very professional and responsive for the duration of my flooring project. He was very helpful when additional work was encountered (some rotten floor boards) in helping me understand my options to get it all repaired and completed.

Emilio, installed a new shower pan and installed new tiling in our bathroom. He was always on time, cleaned up every day and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend you give him a call if you need a contractor.

Great tile work. Very professional. Highly recommend this team

They did a very high quality job while being quite courteous and professional. We are very pleased!

Emilio and his team did our flooring more than a year ago. They did a great job and I still love my new floor. This year, he helped me upgrading my kitchen countertop. Again, him and his team did an awesome job. Loving the new look of my kitchen with new beautiful looking stone. I highly recommend Emilio and his team! They are reliable and professional.

My go-to for any repairs and maintenance my husband can’t get around to or do.
They are professional, experienced, and reliable. Their pricing is reasonable and I feel very fortunate to have found them. We’ve used their services twice and they will be the first ones I call for any future needs.

Our new bathroom tile and paint look amazing and job was completed on time and within budget. We also had an emergency repair come up during the work due to an AC leak and they took care of it on the spot.

I've used Emilio and team twice, once for a bathroom remodel and again for some general home renovations/repairs. The did great work for a reasonable price. I'll be giving Emilio a call any time I need something else updated on my home.

This company did my two bathrooms upstairs in 2020. I replaced the tubs, toilets, flooring and tile. I loved the quality of their work so I used them again in February 2023 for my entire 1st floor.

Emilio was great to work with. He gave me details of the work involved and they did not disappoint. They arrived on time and did not mess around and completed everything in good time. They even did some last minute work that I had asked for. They were clean working and cleaned when completed. My floors are still looking great and I am going to speak with him about doing more work for me.

Emilio, Augustin, and company are worth 5 stars (or more)! Their tiling work, efficiency, and overall quality are all anyone could want in a remodeling company. We have used them 4 times for various projects, large and small, and we have never been disappointed. We are so glad to have found such a reputable company. Be sure to check them out for your next project!

Emilio and his team did a great job at my house, they built a new bathroom 🚽
We are happy having them working also they are 100% trustable,
Thanks a lot

Emilio and his crew did a great job installing vinyl plank flooring in my home. The key design requirement was that the flooring needed to flow seamlessly from one room to the next, throughout the entire home, with no transitions or breaks in the flow. They did a great job and I am very pleased with the outcome!

We had Emilio, Andres and Agustin do our flooring at our home. I would recommend them to anybody that is looking for a professional contractor that will get the job done the right way the first time. Agustin was the one over seeing the job and if there were ever any issues or something didn’t look right he took the time to explain or fix whatever was going on. 5 stars across the board good job guys.

We hired Emilio and his team to install floor tiles, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship truly exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed that we decided to hire them again to install floorboards. Emilio and his crew were professional, efficient, and delivered high-quality work. We will definitely be reaching out for future projects. Highly recommend!

Perpetual Flooring did a fantastic job with our flooring installation. Everything from the quote process to the installation was done processionally. The installer were Neat and cleaned up each day. I will recommend them highly!

We have used Emilio and his crew to help with remodeling our bathrooms as well as other items in our home. Very professional and does excellent work!

The team that worked in my home was professional, they have done a wonderful job installing porcelain tiles on my patio, but carefully leveled the cement before the tiles to ensure water will properly flow.
Emilio the boss, great guy, wise, very professional. And Adán, hard working and very dedicated to ensure customer satisfaction.
I am very satisfied with this company and their good service. I can highly recommend them.
I will upload pictures at another time.

Emilio and his crew replaced all the flooring in my 2400 sq ft house more than a year ago. They did a great job. It still looks like new. He didn't try to steer me towards one type of flooring or another. He just explained the pros and cons of each choice. We ended up with engineered wood glued down to the concrete. After carpet removal and cleanup, they did the necessary leveling. They also did the tile work for the kitchen and baths. The price was good. They had all the needed tools, and were clearly experienced at this type of flooring installation. They also installed the baseboards.

I cannot say enough good things about Emilio and his team. They did an amazing job on my floors. I couldn’t believe how fast they worked while still having top quality work. They were so easy to work with! Emilio was so communicative and there were no surprises. 5 stars and would without a doubt work with them again!

Perpetual did a great job installing our laminate flooring and baseboards. It was not an easy job, and they gave us a competitive bid and did quality work. The job took longer than expected, but they were good at communicating about it and got it done right. They had to do tile demo and quite a bit of leveling first, and they also replaced two yucky old door thresholds along with the install which made the finished product much nicer. They were happy to come back and resolve an issue that came up after the job was done and paid for, which shows good integrity. The floors look beautiful, and we are very happy with them. I will call them again for future flooring projects.
