Constraction reviews in Katy, Texas

Quality work at an affordable price! I was very happy I chose Emilio Chavez at Pepetuals Remodeling to replace my old shower to shower/tub combo. I greatly appreciated the quality of workmanship from his team. From start to finish, Emilio always kept an open line of communication. Any questions or concerns thoughout the project, was addressed immediately. Remodeling can be very stressful, but Emilio's excellent customer service, made the process very smooth. His team worked hard and diligently. I highly recommend this company and definitely will use them again. The project turned out more beautiful than I could've imagined.

I cannot say enough good things about Emilio and his team. They did an amazing job on the entire house painting. I couldn’t believe how fast they worked while still having top quality work. They were so easy to work with! Emilio was so communicative and there were no surprises. 5 stars and would without a doubt work with them again soon to replace an entire back door

Perpetual Flooring & Remodeling provided excellent services that required experienced carpenter and painters in repairing our gazebo porch and back porch wooden balasters/top & bottom rails. The work, quality and service was outstanding and a competitor price. I am a three-peat repeat customer.

I cannot say enough good things about Perpetuals Remodeling. They have completed every bit of renovation that we have contracted on our home since we moved here in October 2020. From painting (interior and exterior), replacement of carpets with tile, replacement of old tile with new, bathroom reno, new stove and vent hood with an actual vent to the outside of the house, etc. Emilio always has great suggestions if I ask for them; and his crews (a lot are members of his family) are very polite and clean up all the mess!

Emilio and his team were great. They were easy to communicate with, worked diligently and very trustworthy of getting the job done. Willing to work with me on getting things done and accommodating me. I am in love with my bathroom and would definitely recommend

Emilio and his crew at Perpetual Remodeling did a fantastic job updating our master bathroom, closet, and flooring throughout the house. A few months later, after a water leak, they came back and helped us remodel a study—and once again did excellent work.

Emilio is fantastic to work with: professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with. Pricing was reasonable, and the team executed exactly on our vision. We’ve been very pleased with the quality of the work and would absolutely use Perpetual Remodeling again. Highly recommend.

Recently, Perpetuals Remodeling completed my hall bathroom remodel, and I’m very happy with the results. Emilio listened to all of my ideas patiently. He and his team worked to deliver exactly what I had (loosely) designed. The workers are very polite and skilled. They arrived as planned daily and worked tirelessly to complete the project. Highly recommend.
