Dawnson Foundation Repair did the foundation on our home. The owner explained the difference and the long run benefit between Bell Bottom piers and the standard ones. We are very pleased with the results, they did a great job, very well explained, constantly keeping you on the loop of the next steps, which team was coming to do what, great clean up as well, Everyone was professional. We certainly recommend Dawnson Foundation. My aunt hired them twice on 2 different homes, same results.

Dawson is a very professional group, They came in checked the levels made several suggestions how to level the foundation, and gave us a quote based on our decision. Dawson arranged all the permits and preliminary utility surveys required. They came on time, worked fast & hard, were polite, answered all my questions, protected my grass and piping. Afterwards, they had the utilities checked for any problems (none) They performed every little request I made. The supervisors checked with me twice a day during the work, and a couple weeks later. I purposely held back commenting for a few months to see how the foundation settled in and the work holes recovered. Everything was very satisfactory. I will now contact them to do more work this spring.

My Kitchen floor slowly started developing a crack, which got worse and worse, as the years went by. My house was constructed in 2005. The crack across the kitchen floor started developing in 2015, and I finally called Dawson Foundation Repair in 2023. I had 12 separate concrete support piers installed across the front & side of my house. The crack across the kitchen floor has stopped getting worse. The house itself is considered on "high-ground", but somethng under my 4" foundation had moved. No one wants foundation problems, but Dawson has a good system, and I'm quite confident the house has stopped moving around!!

We were first served by Dawson over 25 yrs ago in South Houston. Now, when our Katy home started shifting, they were my only phone call. They carefully measured for any differences in our foundation then showed us exactly what needed to be done to prevent the foundation from breaking. Twenty five years ago the foundation WAS broken. They repaired it and we never had a problem again. I have the highest confidence in their work.

Dawson Foundation Repair did an excellent job on our 16-year old Katy home/foundation in May 2023. From our first meeting with the owner to the last day of cleanup, we were impressed with their work. We chose this company over others because, in our opinion, Dawson's method of using bell-bottomed piers is more structurally sound and worth every penny. Mr. Dawson came out to assess my home and give me an estimate of the price. That was the full price I paid. He completely explained the details of their process and I felt confident choosing them.

The workers were great. They arrived early, did what they needed to and cleaned up. In the interim, the holes were carefully covered. When all was complete the clean up was thorough and quite prompt. Later, a few details had to be addressed and it was easily done.

The office staff was friendly and professional. Communication was clear. I plan to remain in my home long term and I know Dawson stands behind their work.

The whole experience was positive for me as it had been for my friends. So, I would gladly recommend Dawson to my friends who needed foundation work.

We used Dawson Foundation Repair for a moderate sized job in December 2023. We chose them because of their long history of work in the Houston area and their superior building techniques.

The entire process from start to finish was well organized, and they communicated well. We did have some expected plumbing issues after the foundation was raised and stabilized, and they referred us to an excellent plumbing company to take care of everything.

Nobody wants to deal with a foundation issue, but overall we were very pleased with Dawson Foundation Repair and would recommend them again!

Very good place, I recommend it

So sad. I love to shop at Home Depot, but my latest experience turned out to be very disappointing. I purchased a dishwasher and paid for a simple installation. I was told upon delivery, the installer had to contact a plumber to replace a valve under my sink (5 year-old home), but not to worry. I would have a call from a plumber within 72 hours. After four days, I called the service department and was told to expect a call within a week. After a week, I called the store only to find out I was never placed on the plumbers call list, but Iwould be placed on the list as an urgent install. I never received a call. After contacting service again, I was informed that I needed to call an independent plumber, have him replace the valve, and then call back for the install. One month later, I still have a new dishwasher sitting in my garage, that is totally usless. I've asked for a full refund and for someone to pick up the machine. We will see if the company follows through.

This has been the worst experience I have had with a Home Depot. I purchased a $2,000 generator, and issues began immediately with payment processing. Although I was told I would receive a delivery notification, none was provided. Instead, my neighbor informed me that the package had been left on the sidewalk.

Upon arriving home, I discovered the box was severely damaged, and the generator’s metal frame was bent.

What followed was extensive and unproductive communication with store staff, the returns team, and customer solutions. I spent hours on the phone and in the store, yet no manager was ever available and hold times were consistently 20–30 minutes.

Overall, the store demonstrated poor service and an inability to provide a resolution.
