I left VM several times and no one call me back. It seems they are very busy and do not want to follow up. I heard a lot of good feedback until I tried to schedule the time and work with them. I do not recommend them.

Took a week to call me back from the initial inquiry that was left via voicemail that should have been my first clue went ahead and scheduled an appointment for today at 10 AM this morning, and nobody showed up or called, very poor way to run a business.

Don’t expect a call back or help if you have an issue with your system after your check has been cashed. Still waiting for my Facebook message that has been read to be responded to and my voicemails and messages that were taken by the girl in the office to be returned. Been calling since June to get my sprinkler heads adjusted because they don’t pop up.

The owner refused to sit down and talk about invoices. He over charged for commercial work. He is charging for flowers that have not been planted yet. We fired him as our landscaper, so we have no guarantee that he will plant said flowers that he wants us to pay for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR TRUST THE OWNER!! THEY OVER CHARGE AND UNDER PREFORM!

Eric did a large patio extension in my back yard with pavers, new flower beds, two trees, and cleaned up the front flower beds. Work was great and the value and quality o the work was excellent!

Superior Lawn Care & Landscaping did a fairly major project at my home. They installed a drainage system, new irrigation system, transplanted trees, and laid new sod. The consultation was very professional as were the workers that were on staff. The project was finished very quickly. Highly recommended.

Eric, the owner, came to my house and spent about an hour with us planning our new landscape and water sprinkler system. He said he would get back with us with an estimate. Never heard from him again. My husband and I both have tried to contact him and he refuses to return our calls. Not a good move for the owner of a company to do. Very rude and very unprofessional. This is the kind that will start a job and never finish it!! Beware!

I moved to Houston from Denver, 1 year ago. My lawn, trees and shrubs were suffering, no matter what I did. I gave up & contacted Jay Jorns with Terminite & Pest Control. He is an Entomologist and Certified Arborist. I was horrified to learn that not only was I loosing my lawn to grubs and other pests, but my plants and shrubs all had a fungus that was untreatable! My trees were suffocating due to too much mulch. I was at a loss, until he recommended Eric Ford, owner of Superior Lawn Care. I contacted him, and he confirmed the fungus disease. He also identified why. The sprinkler system zones were set up incorrectly. I new right away that I was in good, reliable hands. Eric drew up a landscaping proposal (at no extra charge, like other companies). The estimate was very reasonable for such a big job. I was so excited about his suggestions & expertise, that I decided to add exterior lighting to the front & back yard. He changed the look of the entire house. Its stunning now! He trimmed out the out of control trees & fixed the sprinkler system nightmare. He also installed proper drains for my back yard swamp, that never dried out. He did it all, without me having to contact separate contractors for the separate issues. Another BIG plus is his professional crew. I've never seen such hard workers, and so many to get the job done. Eric also supervised the entire job. This Company prides itself on going the extra mile. I even got a few things that were unexpected, thrown in at no extra charge. Thanks to Eric, I finally have the yard I am proud of. What a testimony when all my neighbors ask for his number!!!!! He's coming back this winter to install a flagstone patio, and whatever else I can think of.

I had my sprinkler system installed and new grass put in. The process was easy from day 1. Eric called and we talked for 15 min. Right away I could tell he was a professional , honest man. On the day of the install everyone showed up on time and worked. The men were hard working starting at 8am and finishing up even when it was dark outside. They came back the next day to finish the work and finished withi a few hours. Eric taught us how to use the system and scheduled it based on what is needed for my house. My lawn already looks way better than it did and the system works great!

Had these guys come out and trim my big oak tree and they did such a great job. The tree had been trimmed in the past, but it was all mangled and chaotic. Eric and his team came out and cut way a lot to shape the tree for years to come, then dug a root barrier to keep the roots from going under the house. Highly recommend!

We loved the work that Eric did at our home in Sugar Land. The problem has been followup. Eric had indicated he wished to do additional work and we were anxious for him to do that work. We also had some drainage issues. Numerous phone and text messages have not been acknowledged. I would expect the courtesy of a proprietor to at least respond that he did not want to do the work, was too busy, etc. I won't recommend Superior Lawn Care to my friends.

We had a job completed today by Superior Lawn Care and the name of the company is fitting, SUPERIOR. Eric Ford had amazing ideas for a family that had no clue what they wanted to do. He took the time to go over every detail with us and answered questions with ease and patience. The crew was amazing. They worked hard and long hours to get the job done, and they made sure everything was done right the first time. The work Superior Lawn Care did was amazing and we are looking forward to working with Eric and his crew again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great lawn company....

John and team did an excellent job trimming trees on my property and removed all debris. Also removed fungus infected limbs on my crepe myrtle. Front yard looks so much better and no more limbs hanging over the sidewalk.

Worst customer service experience I have had. Absolutely non responsive despite following up on a proposal for work for 4 months. This is after me being a customer and they were showing up for mowing the lawn.

The owner does not respond to phone calls, text messages, emails, voicemails. When you call the office no one answers ever. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They don’t value their clients.

Superior Lawn Care just completed our yard clean-up and we're very pleased. They removed trees & bushes, reconfigured three flowerbeds, installed sod and tweaked our sprinkler system. Eric was prompt in returning calls, providing an estimate and scheduling the work. A large crew worked two full days and transformed our sad yard into one that makes us smile. The crew was very friendly, courteous and hard-working. I will not hesitate to call Superior Lawn Care in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their yard.

We hired Eric with Superior about a year ago to fix a tree removal that was botched by another landscaping company, lay new sod, and repair and redesign our front landscaping bed. Eric provided a creative solution to our front landscaping bricks (that matched our house brick) to keep them from shifting and falling out of place. When Eric and his crew were done, we couldn’t even tell there had once been a large oak tree in our front yard. Eric’s team was professional and once they started the project, they knocked it out efficiently. We were absolutely impressed with what Eric was able to do to our front yard within our budget.

We recently hired Eric again to remove a Bradford Pear tree that split in a storm and landscape the area the tree had originally been in. We are again, absolutely pleased with the result. While his team was here, they went ahead and freshened up all of our landscaping areas with fresh mulch, what a nice bonus!

One additional note, landscapers work with the constraints of weather and sod availability, they don’t always know exactly the day they will be able to complete your project, as rain can delay a variety of projects and the schedule has to shift. Eric took the time to keep me posted on where his team was at, so if my project was delayed, he always kept me informed, he never left me uninformed.

Eric and his crew were absolutely THE BEST! We had several landscaping issues. One was no watering system in the backyard, but the most important was our sod issue. We'd been experiencing difficulty keeping our grass alive around and under very mature trees with ground level roots. Others had told us to simply cover the roots, but Eric got to the "root" of the problem and told us he could shave away some of the surface roots without hurting these great trees. He suggested we trim and thin some of the tree branches first. He carefully surveyed and measured the areas needing new sod, (not just areas under the trees) as well as surveying the backyard for proper irrigation installation while always wearing a mask when speaking with us, even in 90's+ weather! He regraded certain areas to maintain a gradual drainage slope. Eric scheduled us within a few weeks even in the midst of this pandemic! He and his crew were professional, meticulous and efficient. They removed areas of scant grass in our front and back yards, completely resodded all and installed a backyard irrigation system taking great care to clean up after themselves. Our lawn now looks SPECTACULAR and our watering system is great!! If I could award more stars to Eric, I would! Don't hesitate to give Eric a call!!

I have been a customer with superior lawn care for a few years now and they have always done such a great job. Yesterday they came to clean up my flower beds and trim my hedges and they did an exemplary job. Shoutout to Jon for organizing the effort and a getting it done. Thank you.

Eric and his team did an outstanding job for us. I originally gave Eric a rough draft of what i was looking for which was a total redo of my front yard that included cutting down large trees and removing existing flower beds and grass. He came back to me with a very professional drawing and suggestions that i hadn't thought of. The end result was simply amazing and i would strongly recommend him and his team if you're looking for work to be done with your yard.

We HIGHLY recommend Eric and his team! They were professional, responsive and easy to work with. We could not be more pleased with how our yard turned out. They installed a drainage system, leveled our yard and installed new sod - it looks like a brand new house! We would recommend Superior for any need you may have!

Eric and his team came out to our house to check out an irrigation system issue. Upon inspection, they found that the builder had incorrectly wired our entire system. He and his team were able to correctly rewire and repair the system as well as doing so at quite a fair price. I will definitely utilize Superior Lawn Care again whenever future irrigation system issues arise.
