Agree with others. Very unreliable. No one shows up for scheduled services. I had to call them to remind them to charge me for when they did arrive. I don't understand what's happening to this company. It had potential. It was the only lawn company I trusted to put a card on file for service. Yet, I have completely lost trust, removed my card from their database and it's unfortunate.

Alex and his crew did an awesome job with our landscaping project! We had them clean up our flower beds, trim plants/shrubs/trees, install weed barrier, plant flowers/shrubs, install weed barrier and put down new mulch. Alex kept in contact with me before and after the project to ensure we were happy! I will definitely be using them for services in the future and will be recommending there services to friends! It's very rare to find a company that has great professionalism, awesome customer service, and perform quality work at a very reasonable price! I want to thank Alex for the wonderful job he and the crew had done in replacing a dozen plants that were damaged during the freeze, and replacing the dislodged pop-up drain that was installed incorrectly by the builder. Alex gave updates about the job and always arrived on time. After the job was completed, I noticed the sprinkler would not turn on around the planted area. Alex promptly sent a technician out within a few hours to check if a cable was accidentally cut. It turned out that the malfunction was caused by a shorted connector in the controller and not by their work. Since it was a simple fix, Alex did not bill me for it! I am just very happy to have found this company and will not hesitate to have them doing my next yard project!

Unreliable customer service, no response for weeks. I have used them before and it all went well, thought I'd call them again for a new landscape project. I received a visit from Chris who promised to send the estimate that evening. I knew better than to expect it that evening and I was ok to wait until the next day.... Never heard from them again. I called every day, every day for 2 weeks to follow up and every time they would promise to get back to me very shortly and never has anyone called or sent any estimates. I am grossly disappointed, I really wanted to give them my business and referrals.

Guy showed up to mow the dead lawn at my grandma's house and then acted confused when I told him it was mowed already and he shouldn't have even woke us up. Seems like they have been charging my grandma's account to mow a putting green every week. Then asked if they did fences and the guy clearly said they only did mowing, but then look up the company and they do it all. If they did my grandma's fence they should be ashamed of themselves. Gate doesn't shut and the latch was never installed because that would have required moving a set 4x4. I we will have none of this nonsense anymore with this company. Not cool taking advantage of the elderly. Good things I was here this morning.
If I could have sent photos of what they wanted to mow, it would be doubly shameful. Her lawn is dead and short. It's almost winter. He rang the doorbell at 7am at an old ladies house expecting her to rush to the door. Maybe her son should do more than pay to have crap contractors come over. Y'all clean houses? Hers needs a crew of cleaners, and cat handlers.

I was very satisfied with their service. I had multiple issues with my irrigation system. They addressed them all.

You may be sucked in by the price but don't count on communication. They used Round Up on my property without permission and when they damaged my fence they did not want to take full responsibility. We were home and discovered it ourselves. No one bothered to tell us in the moment. Reached out and although the welder did a good job on repair, getting them to take responsibility for the arm, which worked fine before they accident, we had to go to court to get something for it.

Alex and his team did a fantastic job on our backyard at a great price. He listened to me, didn’t pressure, and made sure I was happy with all the details before and after the work. We will continue to use them for all of our landscaping and yard work!

Called to request a quote on a Friday. Alex came out to the house on Monday. Brought some great ideas to the table. They were able to stay within my budget and completed the job about a week later. Very happy with the results. Alex was very professional and quick to respond when I had questions or wanted to change something. We had our beds completely redone - added bull rock next to the house, restacked our landscape boarder, amended the soil, added all new plants and mulch. The crew they sent out was thorough, efficient and professional. Would highly recommend. Will be calling them for future service.

We had them redo our mulch beds and put in a new maple tree. Alex and his team did a phenomenal job. As someone who doesn't know much about various plants, what would look good, etc., we couldn't be happier with the plants they suggested and implemented in their redesign. For their price, quality of work, and knowledge I definitely recommend reaching out if you are thinking about a similar project.

After some no shows and outrageous quotes from other companies, we finally had the opportunity to speak with Alex at Nalesnik’s Landscaping. We were offered a very competitive quote for service and ultimately decided to use them for our hardscape needs. Alex is really attentive to detail and showed up on site multiple times to make sure the job was getting done to his expectations. We’re very happy with the end result. Give Alex a call for an estimate!

We had an amazing experience with Alex and his team at Nalesnik’s. No matter what I was planting and replanting in my garden bed of my front yard, it kept dying and I was really sick of the maintenance. We had NO IDEA what to do to the front yard, as my brain doesn’t even know what my options are when it comes to a design and what looks nice. We had Alex come out to take a look, and we told him we wanted low maintenance, rocks instead of mulch, and maybe potted plants instead of ground ones so it will be easier for me to change WHEN they die, lol. He gave us a detailed quote with what we thought was a very fair pricing, and addressed absolutely everything we talked about. Plus, his design ideas were great! We ended up doing a stacked retaining wall around the trees, and planted Jasmine, and for the garden bed, he chose beautiful sheet rock, terra cotta pots that varied in size for a more visually appealing look, and a water feature (which I love). They set up an irrigation system inside the pots so they can water themselves through our sprinkler system- which is genius because I would definitely forget to water them. The crew did everything in a day, and I would even say hours. They came in the morning and we’re done in the afternoon, and we had a beautiful yard just like that! Alex is so nice and his crew was so respectful. We would highly recommend them, they definitely know what they’re doing!
