The Better Than Ever Carpet Care team and Juve are fantastic! I called and he was able to schedule me within 48 hours. I received text updates on their status for arrival. They maintain a clean professional appearance with uniforms. They were respectful and polite. The carpets were cleaned beyond my expectations, they were even able to make the well tracked areas "fluffy" again. My house smells amazing and they were done in less than 2 hours. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Better Than ever carpet care. Great communication! They sent a reminder the Friday before and then another reminder the day before with the estimated time of arrival. Then a text to let me know that they were on the way to my house on the day of.
They had their work cut out for them with our carpet ha ha. But they were in and out in a timely manner. They moved all of the furniture and did a very thorough job. They cleaned and deodorized four bedrooms and a very large bedroom closet. he also cleaned two large rugs that I added on at last minute and Juve was ever so Nice about it. I told him about my father owning a carpet cleaning business and he said that he’s been in business for himself for 25 years and it shows. Very knowledgeable and a streamlined process to get in and out with the best quality of work. I highly recommend them!
I was excited when I found out the tile as well, so I will be having him back out for tile time lol.

Excellent communication, very professional. Dressed well, there truck was professional. Guys did a very thorough job, even moving furniture to get into the nooks and crannies. They gave after care instructions. I will have them back next year.

they did a beautiful job on my carpet and white headboard! i was very worried they wouldn’t be able to get my headboard clean but when they finished it looked good as new! very kind and also reasonably priced. i will be returning!

I had a leak from an air vent that caused water damage to a sofa and rug. Juve was wonderful with cleaning the sofa, scotch guarding and disinfecting it. Looks great. He took the rug away to clean and it looks brand new. Highly recommend Juve and Better Than Ever Carpet.

I will definitely be using him on future cleanings of furniture both inside and outside.

We found a gem with "Better Than Ever Carpet Care"
About 2 weeks ago we decided to put our home on the market after 15 years. Our realtor (a long time acquaintence) came into our home and the first comment she had was that you have to get that carpet restretched and cleaned. I did a random search on the Web and saw "Better Than Ever Carpet Care". What stood out was the number of reviews that were excellent and "not sounding like "AI" generated BS. I looked on their website and it was a very professional put together site. I took the plunge and scheduled them. Wow, they communicated through the process, arrived on time. They have very well equipted trucks and went to work. I am so glad I got them to come to the house, they did a fantastic job, were personable and professional and gave us a fair price. No hassel and fixed some seems that really turned out great. What made it even better is that they are a family run company. I will use them at our new home and recommend them to any one with a need. Juve and Bryan were fantastic!

Not only do they do carpet but clean tile and grout!! They did an amazing job on my tile floors! We have been using this company for many years! They are very professional and courteous! Will definitely be using them for my tile again!

All I can say is I’ve owned 8 houses, have supported my parents either three and can’t even out the number of times I’ve had my carpet and theirs cleaned. As long as I’m in Houston and my parents are in Houston we will use no one else. Don’t hesitate schedule whatever you need and it will be taken care of at Exceptional levels. Customer for life!

My brother referred me to Better Than Ever Carpet , and we are more than pleased with the results, my carpet really is better than clean! I have four large dogs and my carpet really needed a good clean. I will definitely continue to use their carpet cleaning services. When they arrived they used shoe protectors, they were professional and courteous. They are professional, family owned, and local (Katy Texas and surrounding areas). From the moment I called , Bryan was super helpful and polite. He scheduled a move -in clean within a day for us even coming in two hours ahead of the the original appointment. All so I could make it in time for school pickup. Juve took great care in explaining their steps and we had a great personal conversation.
The pair did and excellent job and my carpets look Better than Ever. I will most definitely recommend and use their services in the future and I wish the both of them much success.

Update to include hardwood cleaning! After such a good result from the carpet and tile cleaning we had Juve and his team come back for the hardwood floor deep clean. We recently moved into this home and the hardwood floors were streaky from poorly applied polish. I tried cleaning it off myself, but it was such a labor intensive job as layers and layers of waxy polish kept coming up. We enlisted Better Than Ever Carpet Care to give the floors a deep clean so we could have a fresh start. The results speak for themselves! The floors now have a uniform natural shine and I can mop without creating a sticky residue. Pictures show the before and after of my kitchen nook as well as the during and after of my living room.

We had Juve and Bryan clean the carpet and tile in our new rental home. We called on Saturday and they were able to come out on Monday. They did an excellent job getting the floors clean and livable! I’m so glad we scheduled with Better Than Ever Carpet Care.

Juve and Brian were absolute professionals. They did what they said they would do. We had 4 floors of carpet needing to be cleaned and some bad seams in the Berber to be repaired. The repairs look great. Also, they cleaned up stains others said were permanent. Definitely recommend them. And price was good too!
