This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning company. As a manager in Kids care, it is extremely important to keep the environment in which our kids play, remains clean. Jani King has missed cleaning days, left material that can harm the kids out from the previous day, used cleaning tools such as mops in both bathrooms and play areas without switching the tools to avoid cross-contamination. Once address, Jani King avoids taking responsiblity for their actions (or lack thereof), and will give you HELL trying to get out of the contract. Please avoid this company. Management and teams are HORRIBLE!!!!

Jani King has been a terrible experience. Terrrible service and terrible customer service. When you bring issues to them, they make it about emotions and not about the job they are doing. Such as a location mangager doesn't like them versus the job of cleaning. Rami (Regional) in particular was of no help in a situation where there are small children involved.

I would not recommend this company. Waited all day on Sunday for them to show. When I called she claimed I was scheduled for nthe following Sunday. Poor customer service!
