Service was good for a while, but diminished pretty rapidly over the last year. The last time I asked the housekeepers to go back and clean something they missed, I got smirks and heavy sighs. I no longer use this service.

This company does a great job communicating with the clients. And the cleaning service is gray too. Ruth is excellent, she is always on time and does an amazing job when cleaning our house.

We have a two story 3400 s.f. house and Angelina came by herself, right on time and completed a thorough cleaning in about an hour and a half. If it weren't for the vacuum I'd have hardly known she was here. Great service and courteous employees!

This company is amazing!! My usual cleaner, Miss Deinys, consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty and does such a great job. This week, I had 2 different ladies do my clean, and they did a fantastic job as well. This company is great to work with; excellent customer service, quick and easy online access for changes, and overall very professional and friendly. I’ve used this service for several years and never been disappointed. If there were any issues or special requests Rachel resolved them right away or incorporated them into the next cleaning. The team is reliable to arrive at the scheduled time and works thoroughly and efficiently to get the job done as requested.

I have had the same two cleaning girls from the beginning, Lisseth and Nairis, and they always very friendly and willing to please. I do feel they get finished much faster than they should (it takes me at least 10 hours to clean my house; the two of them only take 2-2 1/2 hours to do it!). Still, it is nice and clean when they leave. I have asked them to utilize some of my favorite tools and supplies, which they have been happy to do, and that has helped surfaces get more thoroughly clean. They are wonderful and compassionate people and I am happy to have them around. Yes, I am usually here when they arrive, although one time they had to let themselves in, and called as soon as they got in, and asked me if I had any specific requests.

Another good thing about this company is that you can arrange everything on the website, which is pretty user-friendly. BUT having this convenient feature, plus paying an office staff, creates overhead for this business which, of course, is paid for by the customer. There are a lot of individuals out there who clean houses, and would not need to charge this much, so anyone considering Ready Set Maids should contemplate this. When I do the math and realize what I'm paying is about $35/hour, I kind of cringe. At least they are consistent; the girls are adorable; the online communication is very convenient and if I need interpreters I can contact the office staff for help.

Overall, a good company and I am happy with them.
