Ready Set Maids was responsive and flexible with our changing schedule and showed up on time to complete the work. Ruth was very thorough and cleaned the property very professionally. She did a wonderful, wonderful job and helped us get moved out on time and transfer ownership to the new owners without issue. Highly recommend RSM and highly recommend Ruth.

We use the service every other week and would recommend the service if you require your home to be cleaned. Ruth who does our home has always done an excellent job and makes sure we are happy before she leaves.

I had the pleasure of using Ready Set Maids for a cleaning service, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. The team was punctual and well-prepared, and they worked efficiently to transform my space into a spotless haven.

I don't think I have ever been so disappointed and frankly, angry, about a cleaning service in my life.

We have a furnished home that we just moved into and that was deep cleaned a month ago prior to our move in.

I have been looking for quotes for weekly service. We booked with Ready Set Maids for three hours of cleaning with one cleaner. We paid $150 for the initial cleaning with the subsequent cleanings to be $105.

So quick math- $50 an hour for unskilled labor. High- but I prefer to pay for for a service that is licensed, bonded and insured.

We don't need the whole house cleaned, so we requested all common areas and 3 1/2 baths to be cleaned- no bedrooms, offices, or closets. So perhaps 2100 square feet all told. Maybe even less than that.

I left a note for the cleaner prioritizing the order in which to clean. Because the house was already tidy, with no clutter anywhere, and not in need of any deep cleaning or special attention, I told my husband (who was going to be home during the cleaning) that if they finished the items I listed early, to request that they do the master bedroom if there was time. Given the good condition of the home, I fully expected there to be time left over......

A quick note here. Before we moved into this home, we used Lolly Maids for our last home. Lolly Maids used two cleaners and were in and out in an hour and a half and the house was always left sparkling clean. Our previous home was much larger, spread over three levels, and we had those cleaners do the 4 bedrooms as well. So booking 1 cleaner for three hours of cleaning with Ready Set Maids for a smaller space was ENTIRELY reasonable.

Long story short, the cleaner they sent over only cleaned the 3.5 bathrooms and the kitchen during that time. LUDICROUS. She didn't even clean the floors. Then they had the audacity to call me and ask if I wanted to purchase extra time? Are you crazy? The woman I spoke to was nice, but her explanation was that the cleaner was trying to remove "hard water stains" from the shower. WHY? Why would any reasonable person decide to spend ALL of their cleaning time on 1 irrelevant thing?

I truly cannot believe that I paid $150 for that. Of course I cancelled all future bookings, but I can't get over the bad taste in my mouth that I paid for a service that I didn't receive.

$50 an hour for that! Ridiculous!

ETA: Every single word that the owner has written below is a LIE. See details of my review- they were NEVER asked to clean the entire house- nor did they ever "insist" that we needed more time to clean a mere 2100 square feet. Lies, lies and more LIES. This conversation simply NEVER HAPPENED.

What an absolutely repulsive LIE. As stated above, it was professionally deep cleaned one month prior to their visit when we moved in, and we have a robot vac that runs three times a week. Additionally, all toilets and counters are cleaned weekly. As for "clutter?" Ridiculous. It's a furnished house that we moved into with basically only our clothing and limited personal items.

For anyone reading this, I would STRONGLY caution you to avoid doing business with a woman who has no compunction about lying and slandering clients rather than taking responsibility for her failures. What totally GROTESQUE behavior.

FOR ONCE it would be refreshing to see a business owner show some basic INTEGRITY and OWN their mistakes and missteps. I see that will not happen in this case.

Great cleaning service! Mary is a kind, caring communicator and does all she can to arrange the services you need, when you need them. The cleaning staff are fantastic! I love coming home to my house after they have cleaned. So, so good!

I wasn't very impressed with my 1st cleaning appointment with Ready Set Maids; however, I decided to give them a second try and I was assigned Norma who has been nothing but Excellent with cleaning my home the past few appointments. Even when I expressed dissatisfaction with an area of the home that was not properly cleaned, she was immediately scheduled to return a few days later to get it right. I appreciated that very much as that's great Customer Service. My only complaint is the pricing which I think is still on the high side even with the discounts offered.

We were moving out of our temp apartment when our house was finished & hired Ready Set Maids. They were super flexible, had great pricing, and the website made it easy to reschedule when we needed it. Once I finish unpacking, I will be hiring them for bi-weekly cleaning at our new house.

I am very happy with the service that Ready Set Maids offers. Elizabeth and Maria have cleaned in my house and both have done a spectacular job with the work that they provide. Mary from Ready Set Maids is very responsive with scheduling and rescheduling needs and every time Elizabeth comes to my house, I feel like a magician has come through. I have been using this service since December 2022, and hope to continue as long as I am in my current location. I like this service so much, I have even recommended to my aunt who is looking for a cleaning service.

Needed a last minute cleaning and these ladies came through. Elizabeth was our cleaner and she was beyond amazing. They did a great job! I have only done an initial deep clean so far. I was VERY pleased with the service. She shined and dusted the stairs, removed old build up, cleaned the knobs on the stove and did standard cleaning as well (eg bathrooms, vacuum, dusting, counters). I kept walking around my house after she left saying “THIS LADY IS A PROFESSIONAL.” I even said “Give this lady an Oscar! She’s good!” Haha. Basically I was very pleased and I appreciate having a burden lifted of having to do it all myself.

We were selling our house and I wanted a professional deep cleaning done before putting the house on the market. Two cleaners came out and spent all day and was very satisfied with the results. I thought they were a little expensive but after seeing the house after they cleaned it, I would definitely recommend for a very important job like this.

Miss Maria was assigned to our family a few months back and she has been doing an outstanding job! We are on an hourly plan with priority areas, and she still seems to finish all of those plus more every time she comes. Her cleaning is thorough, efficient, and she is so sweet every time we see her. My favorite part: when things are moved she is so considerate to return them as they were, something that hasn’t always been my experience. Highly recommend!

We have been using this company for a long time here at Goodman, Kym has been our usual cleaner and she is outstanding. The smell is always great when she finishes. We haven't seen her in awhile, but all the cleaners we have had are great.
