I have had Maid Pro for almost 2 years, and have had several different crews cleaning my house during that time. I currently have Elvis and Diana, who I love! They work very hard to make sure my house is spotless. Any issues I have had were resolved immediately by MaidPro.

We love Martha at MaidPro! She does an exceptional job every time! We've tried several other companies around Katy and had terrible experiences. Since joining MaidPro about a year ago, we've had NO problems. Martha is wonderful and always treats our home like her home.

I am thrilled with my experience with MaidPro. My assigned cleaner is Celina. She is wonderful and has a beautiful spirit. She takes care of my house like it is her own. She comes every Wednesday. There are Wednesdays when I chose to work from home and she is so respectful and quiet as she does her cleaning that I don't even know she is here.

Celina was out for a few weeks and her replacement did an excellent job, as well. So I can confidently say that if you choose MaidPro, you will get a qualified person to clean your home and make it spotless!

It was the best cleaning experience we have had in our home. With 3 children, a teenager and a pre-adolescent, and a 4-year-old baby. Every cleaning that the maidpro team does in our home has always been excellent. Thanks maid pro. for your hard work in my home.

My experience with MaidPro has been great. I’ve been having regular service now for 5 years and it has seriously taken a weight off my shoulders. I appreciate this business a lot for doing a great service but also for always checking in with me. The office staff always makes sure to ask if everything with my cleaning is going well or if there’s any special requests I would like to add to my cleaning. Would seriously recommend!

I’ve been using MaidPro of Katy for over five years. I’ve had many wonderful experiences with the men and women who have cleaned my home. Always very considerate and accommodating. Yesterday Alexis K cleaned. She was super. She did an exceptional job on my floors. Love to have her again.

I've used MaidPro for years. They have a great staff. My regular cleaner is Veronica. She does a great job and is able to work around my two Corgis and my husband who works from home. It is so nice to come home to a freshly cleaned house every other Tuesday. They always accommodate my special requests and any scheduling changes. Great customer service always follows up after a cleaning to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend!

I have been using MaidPro biweekly for the past 4 months. They have done a great job! We have had the same person, Connie, service our home every time. She does an excellent job! The cost is very reasonable, as well. I just had a baby 3 months ago, so it has been a huge relief to not have to worry about some of the more time consuming/larger cleaning tasks. I can instead spend time with my little girl, which is priceless!

Update: After Connie left, service went downhill. Ended up canceling not too long after.

Update: a month later the GM that was supposed to follow up with me on that Monday has still not called to rectify the issue!! I’ve sent emails and left messages.
UPDATE: they called back today which is why she left this BS Response. My home was def in fair condition at least the kitchen and living room was which is the only areas she cleaned. As other bad reviews similar to mine the response is “not in fair condition” even if I had the a poor condition home no way it takes 5 hrs to clean living room and kitchen and small bathroom in a 1700 square ft home. You guys need to take accountability for your people. And no I did not approve extra time because if it took 5 hrs to clean living room in kitchen what are you telling me she needed another 5 to do my master bedroom. Please it’s fine I just will never book again and I don’t advice ANYONE use this service
This was the worst cleaning experience I ever had. I scheduled a 5 hr deep clean for 2 bedroom/ 2 bath living room kitchen. The only thing that was cleaned was my kitchen/ living room space and my sons restroom at around 3:15 with 45 min left she walked into the master bathroom which was not finished. I was told she ran out of supplies and was waiting for some one to bring more. I thought maybe the long time was because of the condition of my teenagers room but to my surprise she hadn’t even touched that room. Maid pro came highly recommended and I am very disappointed

We hired MaidPro to clean before my wife's surgery thinking this would help her relax afterwords. Unfortunately, MaidPro damaged our working microwave during the cleaning and now we're 1.5 weeks without one. The touchpad is broken, F3 error code. Even though their Pro confirms that the microwave started beeping as she was cleaning it and that it wasn't doing that before she cleaned it, MaidPro says they are not responsible. They said my microwave is too old and that "it is improbable that the issues you are currently encountering stem from the act of wiping the control panel".

The issue we have is an F3 error code that started after she wiped. An F3 code, per GE, is a shorted touchpad panel, so anyone can see that it is not in fact "improbable". They claim on their website to be insured for Breakage/Loss and that we should report it within 48 hours, which they agree was done. But those are just words on a page and MaidPro does not stand behind it.

I called them a moment ago and spoke to Beatrice, since they had not responded to our email. After yelling at me for a while and telling me that this matter is closed, their decision final, she hung up on me without warning. Just posting this so others are aware. Terrible customer service and they don't honor their word. Think hard before you do business with them.

P.S. She said they determined they were not at fault after a thorough investigation. I'll note that they have not been to our home to look at the microwave, so I'm not sure we can call this thorough.

Dolly was our latest and most recent maid Pro- and prior to her; we were skeptical about continuing with MaidPro as we kept being unsatisfied with our previous services and Pros. But Dolly was by far the BEST and because of her we decided to continue with MaidPros services and Dolly as our Pro!! . Her attention to detail and professionalism was amazing and highly appreciated. Everyone in my household works from early AM to late PM; so it is hard to keep up with the maintenance of our home but the minute we returned we could feel that the house not only LOOKED but also felt and smelled cleaned! She was amazing! She was very thorough, very focused and did an amazing job in all the areas!

I was looking for a cleaning crew for my house and was recommended to them. I contacted this company and they were very helpful very professional. The crew they sent to my house was very professional and respectful also a supervisor lady came as well to check on the ladies. That means they are always on top of their employees for great customer service and quality. I also spoke on the phone with Adrian when we first hire them and he was very helpful made us feel that this is the company we need for our house. If you are looking for professionalism quality and some one you can trust I really recommend this company. By the way I liked the bow they put on our toilet paper.

Generous 1 star review after a poor attempt from MaidPro to rectify my issues.
Called and scheduled a 1-time deep cleaning service on Dec 23 to be performed on the 24th. They were accommodating and notified me the short notice request wouldn’t be an issue.
2 person crew came to my home and performed a deep cleaning service in under 2 hours midday on Dec 24th.
They didn’t give me a walkthrough, and simply left. After inspecting the sheet that stated services performed against what was actually done, I noticed that a lot of things were NOT done. Unfortunately, they were closed on Dec 25th so I couldn’t not call and report the issues. Called them on Dec 26th and stated the issues and they tried to play the 24 hour policy to report issues. Played phone tag with their customer service and they left me a voicemail stating that my girlfriend had done a walkthrough with their cleaning crew and inspected the work done prior to them leaving (basically lying because I was at home when the service was performed and the only other person in the house was my daughter, and she didn’t do a walkthrough with the cleaning crew). On Dec 27th they finally agreed to send another 2 person crew to rectify only the services not done by original cleaning crew. Their customer service made it seem like they were doing me a favor by sending a replacement crew to perform the tasks I paid, and in advance because of the 24 hour notice.
The new crew came and did an excellent job. However, they did notice how much work the first crew did not do, but stated there was nothing else they could do to rectify the issues because they were given basically a 1 hour window to fix the issues which was not enough time because how bad of a job the original cleaning crew had done.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I recently hired MaidPro Katy for a cleaning service, and the experience was exceptional. Roberto and Roxana were thorough, professional, polite, and incredibly efficient. I was thrilled and full of anticipation as I waited to get my home professionally clean. The crew showed up, back of their shirts say “We are PROS”. Sadly the service I received on Monday was far from professional. They did a decent job vacuuming only exposed floor spaces, and cleaning the bathroom tubs. The inspector showed up and did very little inspection. She was more concerned with making the next appointment. That made me feel small and unnecessary. There’s still cobwebs on my ceiling and walls in every room. A empty small fridge in my room was not even wiped down. Trash was left behind chairs and sofa in my living room, they damaged my window blinds. The kitchen was barely cleaned, the floor wasn’t mopped, they only wiped the surface of the appliances. A crew of 3 people in my home for nearly 3 hours. More could and should have been done. Maybe the people you sent to my home that day don’t share your mission statement. I am not judging your company but the work speaks for itself. I am still looking for a company to contract with, I am sorry it didn’t work out.

I had a move-in clean done prior to moving to a new home. I had inspected the home prior and knew it needed general sanitation along with specific items like cabinets and baseboards done.
I was disappointed in service provided. Not only did they try to over charge me by 1.5hrs, but basic things like cleaning the shower, wiping cabinets and inside draws down, baseboards, and window shades were not cleaned. Very disappointing

I hired MaidPro to do a one-time clean. The team did a fantastic job and we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the house when they were finished. From the first phone call to the end result, the professionalism and quality were excellent.

I adore Isabel and Luis. They are so sweet and kind. They always go above and beyond with a smile on their face. I also love that MaidPro sends someone randomly to check on how the service providers are doing. it feels very helpful in making sure quality is ensured and my house always feels better once they leave. I could not be happier with the service. And if I had thought to take a before and after of my fridge so you could see the work they did to clean the inside for me, you would be impressed!!

My house looks wonderful. I cannot be more grateful. They were so sweet and so efficient. I will be using their services again.

Diana and Emanuela are excellent! We used MaidPro to get back on track after our move in and recent pregnancy, the house needed some TLC.

Once the team finished Our house looked model clean and organized. Now we are ready to continue furnishing and decorating our home.
