My bill then included tax which should have been included in the quote.
Also a "travel fee" also not included.

I have used the services of KTX for at least three years. I get a bi-monthly window cleaning and cannot say enough about the staff’s professionalism and customer service. I have referred several neighbors and they refer new customers because of the quality work. Olivia, the owner, and, Robin in the office are the best with regard to communication and customer service. If there were 10 stars, I would give it to them.

KTX did great work. They provided good preparation info ahead of the job and were flexible with scheduling. Zack and Rafael arrived on schedule, they were very polite, very hard working and they were very careful around the house. They completed a big job including windows in and out and power washing of sidewalks, driveway and back patio, on time. Final charge equaled the original estimate with no surprises.

I was pleased with the window cleaning service by KTX. They make it easy to get a quote and schedule an appointment. The technician Cole was professional and polite. I appreciated the screen service they offer. I’ve had a screen that has needed fixed for a year that I haven’t gotten around to fixing. Cole took the screen, fixed it and brought it back the next day. The cost was fair. Now my windows sparkle.

There are 2 things that make me happy after all the work. Clean sheets and clean sparkly windows. I am so lucky and glad that I found KTX Window Cleaning.
