KTX Window Cleaning does an excellent job. We have started having them come out every 6 months. Clean windows makes everything better. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because they were supposed to arrive between 8-9 and I had to text them at 9:30 to find out where they were. Scheduling conflict and the gentlemen arrived by 11.

I had KTX Window Cleaning come out today and clean my very dirty windows. They did a fantastic job. The crew was promp, efficient and polite. I will definitely have them back in a few months. Yay, I finally found the best window cleaners.

KTX Window Cleaners made the whole process effortless. From the first contact, their communication was clear and professional. The estimate process was quick and transparent, and on cleaning day they showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left our windows spotless. The estimator showed up as planned, very nice answered all of my questions. The technician showed up promptly, was very professional. He did a great job cleaning the windows. I was unaware that there is no use of a water hose and so any dust, dirt, bugs etc. that are on the trim or between the windows doesn't get cleaned at all. Just sharing so that you know. My recommendation for next time is to use whatever means you have to clean the areas/ patio around the windows before they come to do the windows. After they come it's too late.
Update: The owner called me about this review and wanted to come look at the job. They arrived and they did do what I paid for, but they wanted to be sure I was happy and so did try to clean up the areas around the windows without messing up my newly cleaned windows. I would highly recommend and they aim to please and like I said in my original post, the windows look great.

For the first time since moving in our home ALL of my windows are nice and clean at the same time. Two KTX employees spent 5 hours washing every window in my home, inside and out. Doing the simple math, this would have taken me a minimum of ten (but to be honest, fifteen) hours to complete on my own. Clean windows just make the whole house feel extra clean. Love it!

I have never seen anything like this work in my life! After obtaining a few quotes I decided to go with KTX because I like they are bonded and fully insured, and felt safer to have them in my home. The techs cleaned my windows both inside and outside with detailed track cleaning as well. They cleaned my French windows one square at a time with a tiny squeegee. They are flawless. I had a differed company the last couple of years and the attention to detail doesn’t even compare. I had my 2 large windows with double panels replaced today with Michael and he did a spectacular job. Carrie assisted with cleaning during and after. Michael did a fantastic job with the measurements and recommendations. The price was reasonable and I also took advantage of their 10% special this month. I plan to also get 2 more windows replaced and take advantage of the 10% off this month. I am looking forward to having the other windows replaced. Thank you for a positive experience.

KTX power washed my sidewalk and driveway. The driveway came out fantastic. There are still spots on the sidewalk. I also had my interior and exterior windows wash. The young man who cleaned the windows did a fabulous job. He showed real attention to detail in his work. I would definitely want him back for my next window cleaning.
