The Shine experience was good from beginning to end. I’ve made an appointment by telephone to have a Shine representative do a site visit of our home to develop a quote/proposal. The representative was attentive and courteous. It took about 20 minutes and upon reviewing the proposal I agreed and signed an electronic contract for which I received a copy instantly by email. The Shine crew arrived at the agreed date and time ready to go. They spent a few minutes surveying the house and coming up with a game plan then set to work, They were courteous, careful and conscientious. They completed the job right on schedule, allowing a few minutes for a walk around inspection. We were very pleased with their work, washing exterior windows, cleaning the valleys in the roof, power washing the driveway and sidewalk and blasting the mold and algae from under the eaves. It was all completed in 4 hours and we were happy with the cost.
