My gutters had a section that was sagging slightly. They realigned it while cleaning and made sure the slope was correct so the water would flow properly again.

They handled my gutter so well that I plan to use them regularly for maintenance. Reliable and genuinely helpful service.

Great experience. Kevin is very experienced and can give you a good idea on whether a stain can be removed or not. I found Brightway through referrals from others in my neighborhood when looking for a tile and grout cleaning service. My home is 7 years old and tiles and grout have never been deep cleaned from what I could tell. I called Brightway on Thursday and explained what I was looking for. Kevin walked me through the options and answered all of my questions and addressed my expectations directly for what was possible, what was a good idea and what might not work. We set an appointment for the next day and as expected Dallas called me before he was on his way to confirm we were home and showed up right on time. Tiles and grout look great! Dallas was professional, walked me through the entire process and helped to move some furniture pieces around as needed. Absolutely recommend Brightway Carpet Cleaning for your tile and grout deep cleans and I will have them back out to clean some sofas in the near future I'm sure!!

I am extremely happy with the carpet cleaning as well as air duct cleaning that Dallas performed. Dallas was very meticulous with the work, very knowledge and helpful. I can't say enough about how professional and considerate Dallas was and really took his time to explain things. He also identified a leaking return line on an upstairs toilet (that could have been very bad!). I will be sure to recommend Brightway to friends as well as use them in the future!

Today, Dallas did a flawless cleaning job on bedroom’s carpets, living room sofas and dinning chairs.

He was very professional getting confirmation from me about the required service and explaining all the details of the work to be done.

During the cleaning process, he was focused on details and getting the job done with quality still took some time to share findings and recommendations useful for future caring for carpets and upholstery.

For this service, besides normal maintenance , there were not too many issues I had about the carpets or chairs except for stains on one bench in the dining room that he fixed nicely.

Overall, I am very pleased to have chosen Brightway Carpet Cleaning and particularly have been served by Dallas.

Brightway was able to get some old stains out of my carpet! They are magic and I love the service. Our service provider was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do. I appreciate Brightway and their carpet cleaning service!

They gave me a window of 11 to 2 to show up which was good cause my kids would still be at school during those times. but the guy didn't get to my home until almost 4pm and i felt I should've gotten a small discount because of the late arrival, but i wasn't given any discount. Then he rushed through the work, finished my stairs and loft area within 25 mins. My carpet did look a little better but their were still spots all over my floor.

Utilized several services from Brightway; duct cleaning, tile cleaning, carpet and rug cleaning. They are very professional and do an excellent job. Explaining what was done and how to take care of rugs etc after they are cleaned. I highly recommend them.
