Brightway Carpet Cleaning was very quick to answer my call for service. Their technician, Dallas was professional, educational, and detail in his operation. They have earned my future business.

They did my carpet a great justice! The rep that I spoke with, he was very polite, Patient and gave me a great price. When I called, he said I can be there within two hours and they were on time and Dallas did a FANTASTIC job! He is very friendly, sweet and informative!! They are my go-to from now on!!!

Dallas was awesome and got our old carpet looking almost new- even better than we had hoped for. He was so polite, easy to talk to, knowledgeable and hard working. He brought our carpet and upholstered chairs back to life! We will definitely be using Brightway again!

You can tell he really knows his stuff—he explained the different types of carpet and stains, shared helpful prevention tips, and even gave us some great tricks to keep everything looking fresh longer.

First time customer here. Definitely would recommend Brightway for carpet cleaning. Communication was excellent from beginning to end starting with appointment setting , arrival time. Great care was taken with my house and carpet. Dallas was personable and very knowledgeable with helpful tips. Hard working young man. No up sell which was refreshing. They are having great specials at this time.

Hired this company based on good reviews on Google, Yelp, but my experience was not a good one. Hired them to wash the roof, and also clean the windows. After washing the roof there was damage to my gutter. When I brought this to the owner's attention he did repair the damage but not without saying his crew did not do the damage and accusing me of "not noticing" the damage before hand. Owner was condescending when answering the few questions I had regarding their work. Cancelled the window washing. I regret hiring this company and would warn others good reviews will not guarantee a good experience.

PureView was polite, competitively priced, and thorough! Would definitely use them again when my windows need a shine!!! John (I think that's his name) and his partner did a great job!!

First class from start to finish. Steve did the estimate and explained how it all worked. The team showed up on time and were super professional and conscientious - outstanding attention to detail. Windows are spotless and the screens look new again. Will definitely use this service again. Liam and Cammi were awesome. I did not get the names of the rest of the team but all star for sure.

I Pay by a premium service with them, but delivered a service below average after several request to do the job and complete the service as was offered, during sales representative visit they offered a 100 % Clem windows at the end, my drive to contact them was the mold on high windows , they offered clean as premium service but the just come hone to delivers a poor service, Personnel showed good attitude but they are not trained or ready to do a premium job, my windows stay dirty in the path rails and with mold. I don’t recommend this service.

This company did a very good job on my house cleaning and sidewalk. The guy was very professional and courteous. He was really good at explaining the process or any questions asked. Pureview was an excellent choice. You can't go wrong.

I must have gotten a different company. Not happy with the power washing. Still bits of plants and things on my house. Feel like it was very expensive for 2 hours of work.

The window cleaning was a disaster. The sales guy promised a top notch job, that the tracks would be clean, the cleaner lied to my face as I pointed to the dirt on my office track and wiped it off with my fingers. We have to argue with them to actually do the job they agreed to. Claimed it was hard water, Never did my front door. Complete utter disaster. The never cleaned my upper arc window, still has water streaks. Left the screens on the ground, dirt in the tracks, windows not cleaned. Will never, never hire them again, so upset. 🤬

Just had a whole house wash and driveway/back porch cleaning done with PureView. It was a heavy duty job and the difference is amazing. Great work and friendly service! I highly recommend.

Great team, very friendly, very professional and sensible. We had our 28 windows cleaned, our gutters cleaned and our driveway and patio power washed. The house looks like new now. Two thumbs up!

He took the time to explain everything in detail to me. They pressure washed the patio and the driveway and they did a house wash on the back of the house. We're having our windows done in 2 weeks and I have no doubt they'll do a great job!

We were extremely pleased with PureView. They washed windows inside and out as well as screens, and they are spotless. They were efficient and professional, and the charge was reasonable. I would recommend PureView to others and will certainly be using them again.
