Exceeded expectations. House looked great upon arrival, but also smelled fabulous. I felt More Hands did a great job of reaching some of the areas we would typically miss. They also did a great job of organizing some of the items we left out (for example, neatly stacking TV remotes, DVD cases, etc.). Definitely a great job.

Morehands maid service exceeded my expectations. When I called to inquire about services Morehands had to offer, I spoke with one of the co-owners, David. David reassured me I would be extremely happy with the quality of their teams work, and if I wasn't, he would make it right. Anyone who knows me, knows I am OCD when it comes to having a clean house, so when David offered a 100% guarantee his team would clean to my standards, I had nothing to lose.

Yesterday, Monday, February 2nd, was the first time a team from Morehands came to clean my house. The crew was very professional and polite. What really impressed me was when David stopped by my house to introduce himself and to make sure his staff was on task (and they were!). I am so amazed by the excellent customer serviced I received today, I went ahead book three more appointments with Morehand maid service to have my house cleaned!

Hired for a Move Out Clean. Our buyers are getting a home that is ready for moving their items in. The refrigerator looked brand new. I can't even describe how excited and relieved I was after inspection. I have previously used another cleaning company when we put the house on the market and still had to do some of the cleaning myself. Will be using this company when we move into our new home and for follow up cleanings. THANK YOU

They are always great when they come. They gave me a discount since I go on a recurring schedule and when we needed to pause the service for almost 6 months, they didn't charge me extra for their 1st return. Same price even though it had been forever. They are awesome and I would always recommend.

I’m over the moon with our service! I thought I scheduled for next week and would have time to get some things put away before the cleaning crew came (I have a 6 and 2 year old and it’s summer so we have gotten behind on a lot!) We walked in from running errands with the kids today and my 6 year old son immediately noticed how clean it was. I was beside myself with gratitude and relief. My daughter’s blankets were neatly folded on her bed, her shoes were even on her shelf, the toys that littered the living room were put away, the sticky finger prints were gone from the entertainment center, anything they were unsure of as to where to put it was neatly arranged on the kitchen counter (which was shiny and clean), and they even left a few of my daughter’s little play food pieces in places that she would find them, which was a touch that made me smile, and felt like a nod of understanding from one parent to another. I can’t express eloquently enough how satisfied I am with our experience!! There is no better feeling than walking into a beautifully clean home. Thank you, More Hands!!!

I contacted MoreHands for a 1 bedroom apartment cleaning. The initial cleaning was completed properly. The next one was done so horrible. The toilet was not cleaned. The shower has cleaning product residue. The pantry was not swept or mopped. MoreHands didn't bother to redo the service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I used the service for a move out cleaning and I was not even at the apartment. Even without me being there when I went back after they were done the apartment looked like new! They were reliable. I will definitely used them again.

Angelica and Juli came to our house to clean after our contractor was finished with reconstruction from Harvey. They did a FANTASTIC job! Everything in the house was thoroughly cleaned and the construction "smell" is gone. I will HIGHLY recommend them.

I signed up for a cleaning online, but I never got a confirmation. I called David the first thing the next morning. He was able to still get me in, but never found any request for service that day. 2 women came out, and David himself came out to clean and check on everything! The house looks great! (Except for the blinds- maybe next time I'll pay to add the blinds so they can sparkle with the rest of the house!)

The crew sent February 27 was exceptional! Very cooperative, professional and particular with regard to dusting, bathrooms, and my instructions. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you,

We tried using this service weekly. It was only ever okay. 90% of what they did was fine, but there was always some wierd issue. They would vacuum, but leave swaths of dog hair by the baseboards. Or clean most of the rugs, but leave one dirty, even after I pointed it out. Once an entire bathroom was just not done, when I asked that rugs and bathrooms be prioritized. I complained once, and the team was changed, but the last time we used them they left the baby's car seat on to of the high chair when they left, and I don't think they vacuumed the main rug at all. It was less like a professional had cleaned my house, and more like it was done by a semi enthusiastic friend.

$172 for two cleaner's for 40 minutes. Windowsills not cleaned, hair on floor, in sink, by tub in master bathroom. Coffee table and fireplace hearth in living room were not cleaned. Inside windows not cleaned. This is 2800 square foot home with one bed to make and that was made wrong although, it looked good from the door you could see the sheet from the other side because the quilt was on sideways. Also tried to reschedule at Thanksgiving and the company didn't come on the correct day, so they promised a discount, but didn't honor it until I called again and canceled my service, at which time they did not charge me due to the poor service. Most shocking, the owner emailed me and asked me to remove my 1 star review of the company since they refunded my money for the last cleaning, so I decided to update my review to include the refund and I changed mt review to 2 stars.

Great experience so far. From the initial consultation when Martin came out to our house to the consistent cleaning and prompt arrival times on a weekly basis, the cleaning is amazing. Also there is a quality assurance person that comes out to check the work of the cleaners. All around a great experience! We would highly recommend MoreHands Maid Service is Katy!

I was recommended to use MoreHands Made Service by a friend of mine who said they did great work. I had never used a cleaning service before, so this was new to me. I couldn't be happier with the service, quality and professionalism of the staff and everyone I dealt with. They arrived on time, did a great job, and they made my place look great. I will definitely use them again, I can't believe it took this long to find MoreHands. Great service!

This cleaning service were extremely disappointing. I used them for 6 months, during which time I made several complaints about surfaces not being properly cleaned or my belongings not being returned to the right places. They say they have a satisfaction guarantee, but there was no improvement after each complaint, or effort made to rectify the situation. Finally cancelled my account with them when for a near $100 service they spent less than 45 minutes in my apartment, and left with barely any evidence it had been cleaned at all. My advice is look somewhere else for your cleaning service!

I had team 3 come today and I am so glad I went ahead and committed to them coming every 3 weeks. They were timely, friendly, careful to keep Social distancing, and so polite. Very thorough job with cleaning. With the different cleaning crews I’ve had come spontaneously in the past 7 years here- they are by far the best. Relieved and glad I called them and am eager for them to come back. I don’t know why I didn’t just allow myself to do this months ago. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Splurge on the oven cleaning- mine looks brand new!!!
