Brightway has been the very best for us for 20 years! They are just the very best!

I found Brightway through referrals from others in my neighborhood when looking for a tile and grout cleaning service. My home is 7 years old and tiles and grout have never been deep cleaned from what I could tell. I called Brightway on Thursday and explained what I was looking for. Kevin walked me through the options and answered all of my questions and addressed my expectations directly for what was possible, what was a good idea and what might not work. We set an appointment for the next day and as expected Dallas called me before he was on his way to confirm we were home and showed up right on time. Tiles and grout look great! Dallas was professional, walked me through the entire process and helped to move some furniture pieces around as needed. Absolutely recommend Brightway Carpet Cleaning for your tile and grout deep cleans and I will have them back out to clean some sofas in the near future I'm sure!!

I am extremely happy with the carpet cleaning as well as air duct cleaning that Dallas performed. Dallas was very meticulous with the work, very knowledge and helpful. I can't say enough about how professional and considerate Dallas was and really took his time to explain things. He also identified a leaking return line on an upstairs toilet (that could have been very bad!). I will be sure to recommend Brightway to friends as well as use them in the future!

He was very professional getting confirmation from me about the required service and explaining all the details of the work to be done.

During the cleaning process, he was focused on details and getting the job done with quality still took some time to share findings and recommendations useful for future caring for carpets and upholstery.

For this service, besides normal maintenance , there were not too many issues I had about the carpets or chairs except for stains on one bench in the dining room that he fixed nicely.
