Received a text from Katy Cleaning Services less than 24 hours before my scheduled cleaning “confirming” that they’d be arriving at 2 PM. The issue? My cleaning was booked for 8 AM. No one called to explain a conflict or ask if the new time worked for me, just informed me of the change as if it had been scheduled that way all along. I find this extremely unprofessional.

I would have been understanding if they had simply communicated a scheduling issue. The problem is the complete lack of professionalism and courtesy in how it was handled. The person I texted with, D. Salinas, wasn’t remorseful or apologetic, you could tell she didn’t care at all about a new customer being inconvenienced.

It’s ironic that they require a credit card upfront so they can charge customers for cancellations or reschedules, yet there are no consequences, care, or concern when they reschedule less than 24 hours in advance. If reliability and professionalism matter to you, I’d suggest looking into one of the many other cleaning services available in Katy.

This was my first time using this cleaning service and I would 10/10 recommend them! Delia was amazing with helping me schedule my appointment and following up with me after to make sure I was satisfied. I booked a one time deep cleaning. The ladies on the red team were phenomenal! They arrived 10-15 minutes before their start time and once they came inside and got started, they worked very efficiently! I was highly impressed and satisfied with their work and I can’t wait to book my next appointment with this cleaning service. Please don’t hesitate to book with them . You will not be disappointed.

My water service was cut off the day the cleaners arrived for my move out cleaning, therefore I wasn’t expecting much considering the situation. I was so pleasantly surprised when I saw the work they did. I wish I had taken pictures. I will definitely be using Katy cleaning services for all my future cleaning needs.

I hired Katy Cleaning Services for a one time deep clean. The 3 ladies that came to my home were absolutely kind and had great customer service. They were kind to my kids and very kind to me.

The reason I had to rate them 3 stars and not 5 is because f a few issues.

They did miss some spots. The ceiling fans weren't dusted, the windows weren't dusted, they just take a cloth and wipe in larger strokes up and down, not dusting the blinds individually. Also, they vacuum well, but I have crumbs and such lining the walls, which was a bummer because now I have to vacuum along the sides of my walls and dust myself after paying $240 for a "deep clean" on my 1620 sq ft home. Their vacuum didn't have the attachment to suction the corners of the walls, it was an older model vacuum.

Also the pull pin (to switch from a bath to a shower) in my smaller bathroom shower is no longer working, I fear they broke it while trying to clean it so now my shower won't work in one of my bathrooms.now that will be an extra cost for me to fix.

While cleaning the stove the knobs were left turned but I was able to turn them back so I could take photos.

Rest of the house was great though.

They do a great job! They are always here on time, accommodating, and great at working around us. When I I get home from work it is refreshing to see everything sparkle with the care given by Katy Cleaning Services.

I love coming home to a clean house. The team did a great job! They were even able to get the incredibly hard water stains off the shower door! They arrive on time and bring their own supplies. They are a great bunch of ladies and do such a wonderful job! I highly recommend.

I booked a one-time cleaning service for my parent's house after I stayed with them with my 3 children. It was easy to book, the team was very kind, and the house was cleaned well per what was discussed. When we had a scheduling issue, the team quickly rectified the situation. However, we did schedule for 10:30 and they arrived 45 minutes early - while that may be nice for some, it threw off my mom's plan for her morning with things she wanted to do around the house beforehand. All in all, we would definitely book with them again!
