I've been using Personal Touch Landscape for years. Their service and work is second to none. I'd easily give them 6 stars if it were available.

We just completed another landscaping project with Personal Touch Landscape (PTL) and had another great experience. I can summarize PTL in three simple words: professional, accommodating, and friendly. Their work was high quality and they were very accommodating and extremely easy to work with if we asked for deviations from the original plan. I highly recommend this company!

We were pleased with all the work they did. The three gentlemen that came were very nice and polite. They answered all our questions. The patio came out just like we wanted.

I am so pleased with my new backyard and can’t say enough good things about Joe and his crew. They listened to what I wanted, made changes mid-project when I wanted something different and were all very pleasant and respectful. It really was a 5 star experience all the way!! I would definitely recommend them and am already planning my next project with them!

Hired to clean and stain my arbor as well as put a plastic roof so that my outdoor furniture wouldn't get wet. The roof leaked and my furniture was soaked. I contacted to have it fixed. It took three months to get someone out to fix it and it still leaked. Then I was told in order to fix it I needed to replace the rafters and drop the beam. This was never mentioned in the beginning or I would not have spent the 1850 dollars to have the roof put on. Then I went to use the ceiling fan and turn on the bubbling landscape rock and found it didn't work. On closer inspection the workers drove a screw through the wiring! I would not recommend this company. After reading their response I stand by my review. I truly wish the conversation on their part had actually happened. I would have saved a lot of money and headache by not putting the plastic roof on.

Joe and Traci were amazing to work with. Incredible quality of product and timely service. My wife was very happy that Joe took the time to understand what she had envisioned for our backyard and help game plan for how we would get it done. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Personal Touch Landscape came out and gave us a detailed and fair estimate of the work we were looking at doing. They explained everything in detail and the timeline it would be accomplished. We love the work they do with their professional attitudes and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend them for the work you are needing done.

Highly recommend company. Traci, Joe and their crew made the process of stone patio floor replacement as smooth as possible. I only needed to pick a new stone and decide on pattern. On time, very profesional crew, I got exactly what I asked for.

Loved working with Patio Creations! They were very easy to communicate with and professional. They quickly came out, consulted with me about my landscaping and about what plants would survive these crazy weather swings. I sent them some pictures of borders I liked and they were able to replicate just what I was thinking. I love the look and am confident these beds will survive our Texas weather!

Personal Touch Landscaping did a phenomenal job on adding color to our front flower beds and resodding several areas that needed it. Joe came out and listened to my thoughts and added his own ideas. The end result is simply beautiful. This company is very professional, do what they say they are going to do and when they are going to do it, along with being very friendly. I utilized Personal Touch Landscape to build my outdoor oasis. I reached out to 5-7 different companies prior to ultimately settling on Personal Touch. I decided to move forward with them over other contractors due to their promptness, competitive pricing, and positive reviews. They were flexible in working with me throughout the construction and truly brought our vision to life. They built an outdoor covered patio, kitchen, and extended our patio. Their work is top notch, and I highly recommend them!

We LOVE our new covered patio so much! This is the 2nd time we have used Joe to build us a covered patio. Both times he did wonderful work. I cannot say enough good things about him and Traci. Joe and Traci and their crew did an excellent job building a beautiful pergola in our backyard. They worked hard and fast, finishing the entire job in just two days. The pergola stands over the patio we added in 2017, but it looks like it has always been there! It's a wonderful upgrade to our yard, and we're proud of it.
