Had to get my fence replaced after sometime owning my property. Called Samir for the fence work and was able to get the job done. Did a good job not making a mess and cleaning up after themselves once the work was completed. His turn around time to do the work and providing pricing was done a quick and fast manner. And so far I’m pleased with the work he has done. Fence is strong and sturdy and well put together. Would recommend to those looking to get quietly fence installation.

BEWARE DISHONEST PERSON. My 80-year-old mother was cheated by Samir landscaping and fence on June 10th, 2024. She paid $2,706.25 to replace her grass only for it to die eight days later after following Samir's instruction of watering for 20 mins a day. EIGHT DAYS! Samir came by June 27th (after multiple follow ups and one no show) and agreed to replace the grass. However, he said he wanted to try putting some fertilizer down later that day first. It is now end of day on Tuesday July 2nd and he is again a no show. He has missed this appointment 3x, each time he just didn’t show up and I had to follow up with him to find out what happened. I have followed up with him a total of TEN TIMES in three days. Yes, including calls. He is no longer answering my calls or responding to text. I now know that Samir said whatever he needed to so he can leave. Samir’s first excuse for the grass dying is it was overwatered. 20 mins a day for 8 days does not kill fresh grass. Then the second excuse was there were too many insects under the grass patch. Then why is the patch with the old grass still green and my neighbor’s lawn that shares the same ground as us, their grass is perfectly green (see pics). I don’t think bugs/insects on the ground discriminate. How naïve of me to still have faith that there are good honest people around. I even told Samir that I would help and put down insect killer before the new grass is laid and we would also trim the leaves of the tree for max sun exposure. How dumb of me.
Here’s what I believe happened. I believe he saw my mom was elderly and took advantage of her. I believe the grass was already half dead when he laid them. I do not believe I am wrong in making these strong statements. Samir does not take pride in his work, he does not provide the best for his clients, he will answer your call and text but most likely will not show up to appointments post completion of a job. $2.7k might not be a lot for some people but it is for my mother who is on a fixed income. I have included pictures of the dead grass and the area with the old grass that is still green, along with my neighbor law that is also green. Also, posted are the text messages that shows how many times I had to follow up and him no longer responding starting Sunday June 30th. Trust, whatever money you'll save, it is not worth it. Update: Samir sent me a text at 755pm and said he does not like that I am calling him so much. He said since he already said he would come today and that means he would come. oh ok, he also said he would come sat, and sun and mon, all 3 days he didn't. So I'm supposed to just not say anything and hope that he'll remember and appears?? Comical. Show up the first time like you said you would or have the courtesy to reschedule like a professional would and I wouldn't need to keep calling. Period.

Amazing and affordable landscaping work! Samir and his crew finished up our landscaping in the front and backyard beautifuly. The work was done very quick and we had no problems with the completed project. If you want to get landscaping done Samir is the man to do it!

Samir and his crew did an excellent job on replacement of my neighbors and our shared fences. Working with 5 total owners, he split cost between us on each segment and did a great job replacing posts in same locations), adding rot boards all around and using quality materials and workmanship.

Great job repairing my sprinkler system

Our back yard was under water after a bad rain. Jmas installed a drain system that works like a charm. We also had them replace our downspout drains which also worked perfectly.
