Nalesnik’s Landscaping has been maintaining our home for nine years. They are reliable, conscientious,reasonable and the personnel is very accommodating. In my opinion they are the best landscaping company in Katy. The personal attention you get whether your job is small or large, is unsurpassable. They do spring color, fall color. Grading and drainage, bed preparation. Mulching and sprinkler repair and many other facets of landscaping. Nalesnik’s goes the “extra mile” to make sure the customer is happy and that the work is outstanding.

We've used Nalesnik's for lawn care, irrigation, and landscaping. Recently, we had our front yard completely restructured (2 large trees removed, old grass removed, reconstruct yard for proper drainage, new sod, and one new tree planted (we have a small front yard). Additionally, new plants in the flowerbeds due to freeze destruction. Alex did a great job architecting plants and shrubs with popping color. The workers were professional, helpful, and did a GREAT job cleaning up when work was completed. Due to the great job they did, I signed up for their seasonal flower planting. I'm excited to see what they do. I highly recommend Nalesnik's for all your landscaping needs.

I have enjoyed working with Christan from Nalesnik Landscaping. He is so polite and respectful and does his best at getting workers out to our house and getting the job done. We have loved the outcome of our trees, bushes and the mulch they put in for us. We just bought the best landscape lights (colorful) from them and am so happy with the customer service they have given me by being patient while I learn the technology of how to use them. Thank you Nalesnik Landscaping. I have recommened you to my neighbors who have asked.

I would highly recommend Nalesnik's Landscaping to anyone needing landscaping or irrigation system services for their yard. Cristian and his on-site team are professional, courteous, quick, and fairly priced! We have used Nalesnik's Lanscaping for a few jobs and the quality and service have remained consistently high from the initial assessment to the final walk through of the job. I was referred by a neighbor who is a long time customer. Very quick response and they were able to get me added to the schedule next day. They did an excellent job and were very thorough. So glad I went with them and signed up for bi-weekly service!

I have used Nalesnik's for about 20 years. I have been so pleased with the service and pricing that I have them follow me to each new home I move to. I highly recommend them for weekly service as well as special landscaping projects!

Repeat occurrences where I was told I would be receiving a call back and never did. Left voicemail last Friday after damaged property and again no response for multiple days. Quality of work is passable but some of the worst customer service I have come across.**Update Wife finally received a call back where manager didn't acknowledge the past issues with returned calls and criticized us for writing a bad google review.

We had our lawn prepared for the spring - it was in bad condition from the freezes. Nalesnik's provided us with an estimate for landscaping and came through with flying colors. We want to send a shout out to Christian, Alex, and Luis for all of the preparation and follow through in getting this done. It looks beautiful! Great company! This should have showed up as a 5-Star but must have been a computer issue.

Alex was great to work with! Provided great service that fit within my budget. Transformed my witch's yard to something I can be proud of!
They are really busy, so give them a little time to respond. But the end result was really good!

I was driving down Katy Hockley Rd recently and came across Nalesnik's. I saw that they had firewood for sale which was exactly what I needed. I walked into the front office and a nice young lady greeted me and assisted me with the purchase. She even helped me load up my vehicle with the wood. It was a great experience and I will definitely keep these guys in mind for additional services in the future. If you need firewood or landscaping services, give these guys a shot!

We had gone through them a little over a year ago to have stone placed around our front mulch beds. So now we decided to have another mulch bed in the backyard, so I tried contacting them by calling, and no one answered, so I left a voicemail and Cristian called me back. We set up a time for Saturday November 4th at 8am. Cristian did not show up, I texted him, and it took over an hour to get a response. Before he responded I called the office and of course as always, no one answered and didn't respond to my voicemail either. When Cristian finally texted back he said he was up late with his daughter at the hospital, which I understand and gave him the benefit of the doubt. He said could we do it the next morning instead. And I said yes. Once again he did not show up and so I texted him and he never responded. This company used to be great and now something has changed for the worse. Not professional, I will not be contacting them again, and if someone asked me my opinion of who to use as a landscaping company I will be honest and not recommend Nalesnik. Sad how customer service for so many businesses has gotten so bad. If you don't want my business or money just close up shop already.

If you can't make it again, then why didn't someone contact me? Still no response. Plus, your website did say open yesterday by the way. To owner, if you want to call me to discuss my review, you can. As you probably should have already, before ignoring my calls, voicemails, and text messages.

I just moved into a new home and the yard had been neglected for years. Nalesnik's came in and installed a brand new irrigation system, new sod, river rock, created a new bed in front, got rid of a tone of weeds and dead bushes/shrubs/plants and planted many new plants in the front and around my pool. It looks awesome and the crew was great, led by Alex Ruiz. I just signed up for them to do my weekly lawn maintenance, and I expect the great service and work will continue.

Agree with others. Very unreliable. No one shows up for scheduled services. I had to call them to remind them to charge me for when they did arrive. I don't understand what's happening to this company. It had potential. It was the only lawn company I trusted to put a card on file for service. Yet, I have completely lost trust, removed my card from their database and it's unfortunate.

Alex and his crew did an awesome job with our landscaping project! We had them clean up our flower beds, trim plants/shrubs/trees, install weed barrier, plant flowers/shrubs, install weed barrier and put down new mulch. Alex kept in contact with me before and after the project to ensure we were happy! I will definitely be using them for services in the future and will be recommending there services to friends! It's very rare to find a company that has great professionalism, awesome customer service, and perform quality work at a very reasonable price! I want to thank Alex for the wonderful job he and the crew had done in replacing a dozen plants that were damaged during the freeze, and replacing the dislodged pop-up drain that was installed incorrectly by the builder. Alex gave updates about the job and always arrived on time. After the job was completed, I noticed the sprinkler would not turn on around the planted area. Alex promptly sent a technician out within a few hours to check if a cable was accidentally cut. It turned out that the malfunction was caused by a shorted connector in the controller and not by their work. Since it was a simple fix, Alex did not bill me for it! I am just very happy to have found this company and will not hesitate to have them doing my next yard project!

Unreliable customer service, no response for weeks. I have used them before and it all went well, thought I'd call them again for a new landscape project. I received a visit from Chris who promised to send the estimate that evening. I knew better than to expect it that evening and I was ok to wait until the next day.... Never heard from them again. I called every day, every day for 2 weeks to follow up and every time they would promise to get back to me very shortly and never has anyone called or sent any estimates. I am grossly disappointed, I really wanted to give them my business and referrals.

Guy showed up to mow the dead lawn at my grandma's house and then acted confused when I told him it was mowed already and he shouldn't have even woke us up. Seems like they have been charging my grandma's account to mow a putting green every week. Then asked if they did fences and the guy clearly said they only did mowing, but then look up the company and they do it all. If they did my grandma's fence they should be ashamed of themselves. Gate doesn't shut and the latch was never installed because that would have required moving a set 4x4. I we will have none of this nonsense anymore with this company. Not cool taking advantage of the elderly. Good things I was here this morning.
If I could have sent photos of what they wanted to mow, it would be doubly shameful. Her lawn is dead and short. It's almost winter. He rang the doorbell at 7am at an old ladies house expecting her to rush to the door. Maybe her son should do more than pay to have crap contractors come over. Y'all clean houses? Hers needs a crew of cleaners, and cat handlers.

I was very satisfied with their service. I had multiple issues with my irrigation system. They addressed them all.

You may be sucked in by the price but don't count on communication. They used Round Up on my property without permission and when they damaged my fence they did not want to take full responsibility. We were home and discovered it ourselves. No one bothered to tell us in the moment. Reached out and although the welder did a good job on repair, getting them to take responsibility for the arm, which worked fine before they accident, we had to go to court to get something for it.

Alex and his team did a fantastic job on our backyard at a great price. He listened to me, didn’t pressure, and made sure I was happy with all the details before and after the work. We will continue to use them for all of our landscaping and yard work!

Called to request a quote on a Friday. Alex came out to the house on Monday. Brought some great ideas to the table. They were able to stay within my budget and completed the job about a week later. Very happy with the results. Alex was very professional and quick to respond when I had questions or wanted to change something. We had our beds completely redone - added bull rock next to the house, restacked our landscape boarder, amended the soil, added all new plants and mulch. The crew they sent out was thorough, efficient and professional. Would highly recommend. Will be calling them for future service.
