*EDIT after owner response* Hi there, like most people, I don't actually use my REAL name on reviews but I assure you, my household did use your company. You have terrible customer service, which is bogus. You are super rude over the phone and completely disregard any concerns given to you regarding how your business is done.

They swapped out some dead landscaping I had and added mulch. They were very friendly both while setting everything up and when they came out to do the work. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Told me they would install grass on Monday, didn't do it until Friday. I informed them it would not be good because I was going out of town for a few days after, was told not to worry about it that he would stop by and water my grass for me. We came back to it all but a three foot circle dead! Asked about weed removal (was mainly dirt, little bit of weeds here and there) told it wasn't necessary bc there wasn't much and the grass laid over would kill it. Needless to say that was a lie too. Waste of like $1200. :(

They took out my old garden and rebuilt it. I worked with Alex and his crew. They were all very nice and professional. I’ve used this company before and will use them again for future needs.

Had Nalesniks come over about 6 weeks ago for an estimate. They left saying they would write up the estimate and follow up with us. 1 week later, no response, called them and were told their "designer" hasn't been able to get to it. Called back a week later, told we would be contacted again...

BEST Full Turn Key Landscapeing and mowing I have ever used! Owner has always come to see the large projects I may have. They are a great team that will take care of you!

Worst service and experience ever. I had them come out to make my yard look good and add whatever needs to be added followed by regular service. They never showed up after doing the initial job. Instead I ended up receiving a bill for the service they had never done. I had to make several calls and prove they had never serviced my house.

Came out and gave us bid. They were one time and completed all services requested in a timely manor. Very professional. Highly recommend for all of your landscaping needs.

Our house looked like a dead jungle because the freeze killed a lot of our plants. Nalesnik lawn service crew of four came out and cleared the dead plants out, cut tree limbs, weed and feed, and mulched all around the house. Big job. And they did a great job!

Nalesniks landscaped all our flower beds. Everything looked great. a few days later after watering every day a few of the plants were dead. I phoned and left a message with my concern. The next day all the dead plants were removed and replaced.

Excellent service, on time, professional, no surprises with estimate. Was skeptical initially due to locating them from the internet however it was the best decision ever! We're planning to use them for our 2nd phase of landscaping! Alex was phenomenal!

Hired Nalesknik for full service maintenance last year. This year I have been asking for weed treatment for 3 months and cannot get a response from the company after contacting them multiple ways. Finally gave up and went with another company. Nalesnik has still not responded to my two emails to cancel service.
