i’ve worked with Jalen & Sons Plumbing before for some clogged street drains and a problem with my old oil tank. this time, my washer drain got backed up. i got quotes from other plumbers, some as high as $1800 and others at $1100 or $450. a few wanted to cut my cast iron drain and add vents i didn’t even need. i called Jalen & Sons Plumbing first thing this morning. even though they were busy, william made time to come by. he still remembered the setup of my place in katy from previous work, which made things quicker. using his own tools and techniques, he cleared the clog without any unnecessary work and for a price way lower than other quotes. what really helped was that i live over an hour away from the house and can’t always get there, so the peace of mind was a big deal for me. really appreciate the honest work and fair price. highly recommend if you need a plumber in katy.

Today, Clayton came by and did a fantastic job! He quickly identified the leak and replaced a 10-foot pipe in no time. The quality of work was excellent, and the service was prompt and friendly! Shawn took our call and arranged everything for us; he was very professional and courteous. Earlier this summer, we had a great experience with another visit, and Shawn was amazing then too. this plumbing company is top-notch. oliver and his crew are amazing! it's always a pleasure to talk to the office staff, and they check in after the appointment, which i really appreciate. great job done on replacing mixing valves on our water heaters. they also handle hvac maintenance. they were very careful setting up our new water heater and made sure everything was perfect after finishing the job. the whole experience was excellent! very knowledgeable plumbers, fair pricing, membership options, friendly service, and dependable people. i highly recommend!
