I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Electric from start to finish. Every person I interacted with, from the call center team to the electricians, was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Ray and Clayton did an amazing job installing two pendants above my kitchen island (where there were no fixtures previously) and two chandeliers, one of which was installed on a 20ft tall ceiling. They completed everything in under four hours, which I thought was impressive!

Special shoutout for Ray, because he was very transparent and honest about pricing. He reviewed the bill with me and explained all options before moving forward. He was also just a really nice guy.

I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Mr. Electric for anyone needing reliable, high-quality electrical work!

I’m so thankful for Aaron Alford’s help! He came out to my mom’s house after lightning struck and messed up some of our wiring. He was super friendly and even worked great around our dogs, which meant a lot :) It’s not every day you find someone BOTH professional and genuine! Mr. Electric, specifically Aaron, was the best. I had several issues from my electrical panel, needing a power surge protector, needing new outlets, and possibly running a new electrical strip. I couldn’t be happier with Mr. Electric DFW and the work they’ve done at our home. They’ve been here for three separate projects and each one turned out great. This time, our Technician, David Sandefur, did an exceptional job helping us with a circuit breaker and ceiling light issue that knocked out power to a portion of our home. David quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a recommended solution. He completed the work timely and with a high degree of professionalism. Great work!

Aaron Alford is seriously the kind of electrician everyone wishes they knew. He helped us a lot. He showed up and knew exactly what to do! He was safe and fast. Aaron from Mr Electric was fantastic! He diagnosed the issue promptly and worked very carefully and thoroughly. The burnt outlets also pointed to deeper structural issues that he was able to diagnose and fix properly according to code. Highly recommend his services and he is very professional and explains all the updates and reasons to very clearly and honestly. If you end up utilizing his services, you will not be disappointed.

Jake was the greatest electrician to touch the ground of Texas! Was very helpful and smart with the craft! You do not pay for time you, you pay for knowledge, this guy was able to be quick and done with the job! Very charismatic guy! You need anything done from a light bulb replaced to a full house re-wire this guys is your man! If you do your self any favor please contact Mr Electric and ask for Jake!

Also PS if Mr electric is reading make sure Jake gets a raise he does amazing work, and very friendly with the customers! Amazing work! I would give Jake a 20/5 but google doesn’t let me!

Aaron Alford was outstanding from start to finish. He showed up on time, communicated clearly, and handled the electrical issue with true professionalism. His courtesy and customer service is UNMATCHED! He explained what needed to be done, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was safe before leaving. It’s rare to find someone this reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Aaron to anyone needing electrical work done right the first time!

Travis and Anthony were professional and
efficient. They were clean and on time. They fixed my issues in less than an hour.

Mr. Electric was convenient and a life saver setting up our camper hook up. Jake and Brody came out and had the job done for us super fast. Jake was full of information and very throughout.

We cannot recommend Aaron Alford highly enough! He has helped us multiple times, and every experience has been outstanding.

One of the most memorable times was when our AC suddenly stopped working. Aaron came out more than once to troubleshoot the issue and carefully traced the problem back to inconsistent electrical voltage coming into our home. Something that ultimately caused our AC to fail. Instead of just fixing the immediate symptoms, he went above and beyond by recommending that we contact the electrical supplier. He even coordinated schedules so that he, his team, and the electric company could all be onsite at the same time to properly diagnose and resolve the issue. That level of dedication and follow-through is rare.

Aaron also recommended replacing the breakers in our electrical panel after noticing recurring breaker issues, which has made a huge difference in the reliability of our system.

Beyond his technical expertise, Aaron is personable, patient, and truly listens. He takes the time to explain problems clearly and always makes thoughtful recommendations that balance safety, long-term solutions, and budget considerations.
