And all that is after he stopped by the first time to find we’d gotten a subpar model and help us choose a better one that also saved us on cost, then offered to come back and install it for no extra fee. Desperately needed a capacitor for A/C blower motor. They didn't have the exact part but helped explain the part-parameters
and found a replacement part that had better specs that the original. It worked like a champ and saved us a lot of money (and a lot of misery) of going a whole weekend without our A/C in the middle of a heat wave. Thanks guys!
