Fantastic service and worth every penny. I never thought I'd want someone to come and clean out my trash bins before but they got especially dirty inside one day and I decided to try these guys out. Turns out, getting my bins cleaned is something I now can't go without doing. The cleaners used even leave a nice lemony smell behind which makes it MUCH easier to justify putting them in the garage!

I scheduled an appointment to get my tile & grout cleaned about a week and a half out. I gave them the address and square footage I needed done. I reached out the Friday before my appointment to confirm and they said yes we will see you Monday. Well, Monday came around and it was about 9:15 and they hadn’t called to say they were on the way yet so I called them. I was informed they weren’t coming, it was just to far. He stated he called me Saturday, but I didn’t answer. He failed to leave a message or contact me again. They were aware of the hour and 10 min travel time from the beginning and scheduled anyway. They also state they serve Hancock County, but I’m in Hancock County, so it’s only part of it they will go to. VERY unprofessional!!! I took off work for the day!!!

When the air conditioner ran, we started to smell musty all the time. They checked and discovered mold growing deep within the ducts. They took care of the sanitization and mold treatment, and the odor has vanished entirely. We seem to be breathing clean air once more.

This was the third instance where i had to call in a pool leak detection service in my many years of being a pool and spa owner. nolan turned out to be the quickest, most accurate, and most affordable in a field that's a blend of science and craft. He pinpointed a leak in a tiny bit of PVC plastic concealed a few feet beneath my pool's concrete border. His crew carved out a small square about 10' x 10' and managed to fix the broken elbow in less than a day. The rates charged by this unnamed company are an absolute steal when you consider the potential damage and the complexity of the task. Much appreciated, nolan.

the pool had turned entirely green while it was under the care of another provider. eventually, i let go of their services and reached out to nolan. nolan was able to schedule a visit the following day to inspect the pool. both nolan and his colleague, marvin, replaced the old pump, drained the pool, performed an acid wash, scrubbed the tiles, and cleaned the filter. moreover, i've engaged their services for weekly upkeep. both nolan and marvin are extremely approachable, well-informed, and professional. they did an outstanding job on the pool and it's never looked more impressive. it's gleaming! many thanks to nolan and marvin! i'd strongly endorse them for any type of pool cleaning service.

He's very focused on his duties. my pool is consistently clean, and the reports I receive after each visit inform me of what's been done. Before switching to this company, I used a different one and monitored their actions through a camera. They didn't deliver on their advertised promises or pool cleaning reports. I was billed for services i didn't get. Then i switched. Now, i don't need to check the camera as i know i get exactly what i'm paying for! The company delivers the service like clockwork and if you have any inquiries, you can text or call and get a response. i highly recommend this service! Once again, thank you Ernest!

i own a saltwater pool and nolan manages its maintenance.
