Javier did a very good job on the vinyl flooring install and the toilet installs.
The price for the project was very reasonable.
The only complaint I have is for Punctuality because he was a day late due to having car trouble on the original day the project was scheduled.
I will definitely use Handyman Connection again.

We had the best experience with Kevin our Handy guy. We had a couple of different projects (electrical, plumbing, picture hanging, etc), he was able to tackle all with ease. We had several small projects to be completed in our home. Ian came over and gave us a bid according to the scope of the work. They started the project of fence staining soon after. Then Gary came over and did several jobs. He was super friendly and did a great job. I will definitely hire them again for other projects. I was very pleased.

The repairs look great and were done exactly when and for how much they said. Definitely planning on using them for any work I need done in the future.

Another five star review from us a year later. (1/21). Today they replaced all of our hard wired smoke detectors. A great job. Very efficient worker, and he worked Covid safe-- a mask and social distancing the entire time. A great business to use when you just don't know who to call.

Ryan and Ian are fantastic. They worked on our home that we lived in and is now being rented out. They are proficient, provide quality work, and are reasonably priced. We recently had Gus come out to do some caulking in the bathroom. He did a great job and was very detail oriented.

I needed some cabinetry repair work done in my kitchen and Handyman Connection did a great job! Everything from the initial call, scheduling process, and repair work was smooth and of high quality. The craftsman (Rich) is an experienced professional and was able to troubleshoot any issues as they arose and was a pleasure to speak with. I recommend this business and will use them in the future.

It’s hard these days to get anybody to come to your home for a small repair. I called Handyman Connection of Grapevine to come repair a hole in the foundation hidden behind and underneath the brick on the outside of our house. It was important to us because critters were getting in the hole and going in our attic. They responded several times before I got the message. And once I was in contact with them they came out the same day to see what was needed to repair the hole. Ian gave us a fair price quote, and came out the next morning as promised and on time to repair the hole and finished off the gap in the slab.
Ian was very nice, professional and did a great job.
Very happy to have found them and will be calling in the future for additional work.

We had a great experience using Handyman Connection. Ian was able to design the project, Ryan kept us informed along the way, and John and Stephane did superior work. They paid attention to every detail, had amazing carpentry skills, and treated it like it was their own project. We could not be happier and would use their services again in the future. We had a new door installed with a dog door. The work was started the day after we Ian came out (sooner than we agreed and expected), and was completed the next day. The installer was professional and had experience in this type of job. The door was finished to our expectations, and we are very impressed with the company and the service. It is not always easy to find a good and reliable service like this, so Handyman Connection was a very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Handyman Connection and will most certainly use them again.

Very good experience. They were timely in scheduling and completing our pergola assembly and install. Pricing was reasonable given the care and detailed needed to complete the project. They have our recommendation.

No-Showed Twice with No Advance Notice

I scheduled two quote appointments with Rakesh from handyman connection and they no showed to both. The first time I scheduled an appointment for 10 o’clock. At around 10:30 I received a text that they would be there shortly. An hour later when no one had shown up, I sent to follow up text and was told they are “almost there”. 10 minutes later, over an hour and a half after the scheduled appointment time, they notified me that they were at the door, but turns out they were at the wrong address. While frustrating I understand mistakes can happen, but I should’ve been notified sooner of the significant delay

After this incident, we agreed upon time at 11 o’clock on Friday. At 11:10 I texted asking if this scheduled time would still work and was informed that they would “be there later this afternoon around 1:30”. I cleared time at 11 because that is the agreed-upon time. I was not able to make an afternoon appointment work as I had already modified my schedule.

I made time twice for Handyman Connection to come by for a quote, and both times they no-showed without warning. No proactive communication, no respect for my schedule.
