We had a vanity and a bathroom light fixture that were not working. The Technician George Boulos was very professional. He communicated very well the problems and the materials needed to fix both items. The price that was quoted was fair and it matched the total cost after the work was completed. 24 Hours later he did a follow up call to make sure that we were satisfied.

I hired Handyman Connection after going over everything I needed done which included wood repair to the fascia and soffit repair due to water damage. I had another company give a bid and they talked about using wood filler rather than replacing the wood itself. Ian said that would be not the best solution and wanted to use real wood. I felt he wanted to do the repair like it was his home. Plus, Handyman's bid was lower! I have since hired them to do an emergency lawn sprinkler repair which they completed perfectly. I have now hired them to do some major fence repair. I would hire Ian for any home repairs.

Ian and his crew were very responsible, efficient, and personable. Ian, himself, provided the estimate, acted as contact and supervisor and did some work himself. He was honest, quietly competent and reassuring. I would and will highly recommend using this company again.

Fantastic work at a good price. Gary did excellent work! Installed 18 sets of drawer slides and trimmed out my entertainment center. Gary with Andy’s assistance took the time to do the job right, very satisfied! Will definitely use

I had Handiman Connection help me restore my sun damaged front door. When submitting bids, the company kept in constant contact. On the day of my appointment, they were on time to the minute. During the appointment, the owner stopped by to make sure I was happy with the service and to provide clarification to any questions I might have.
Overall, I was very happy with the work as well as the professionalism of Handiman Connection. They will definitely be the first ones I call when help is needed.
Update: Two year later, I contacted Handiman Connection again to help with a faulty gcfi outlet in my kitchen. I was able to reach someone at 6pm and have them come out a few days later.
Terrance came to my house after hours and was great. Showed me how my house was wired incorrectly and was able to fix the problem. Appreciate the help. -
I needed a project done in a timely/affordable manner and this company delivered. They were able to work around my availability and the handyman assigned, Michael, completed the job on the day scheduled. Michael was very professional and worked hard from early till late. I highly recommend Handyman Conncetion!

Had a great experience using Handyman Connection Grapevine. Response to our inquiries was very quick. We will definitely be using Ian and his folks again.

First, I want to say that I chose Handyman Connection because they were quick to respond in coming to survey the project to provide an estimate. And during the project, everyone from the office, Victoria, to the workmen, Ian and Michael were professional, kind and very helpful and understanding! They knew what they were doing, and the work was very well done. I would use then again for other projects, and I highly recommend them.

The owner, Ian Charters, continued to delay my work order to install a fence because of other jobs. Ian and his crew did not communicate well so project requests were not properly understand. I was asked to push back my project three times because of scheduling conflicts after the project began. It is almost two months and counting and the work is still not complete. The contract was poorly written and not clear and Ian, wanted to shame me for not understanding the contract. Contracts should be written to reflect the customers requests not the other way around. Ian and his scheduling assistant requested partial payment twice without completing the work. When I told Ian I was disappointed with the work he threatened to put a lien on my house although there was no mentioning of me not making payment. I still need to hire another contractor to finish the unfinished work I originally asked for. Ian is unprofessional and does not respect people’s property by demanding payment for poor quality and incomplete work. I would not recommend a fence installation from this business or the representative of this company.Make sure you get clear underwriting from Ian.

I called to have two new bikes put together and within four hours the work was completed! Never have I had such a fast response time. The work was done quickly and accurately. I definitely recommend and will be using them again for future projects around my house.

I had a great experience with Ian! The process of booking and confirming was easy and he took care of my problem quickly and professionally. He also didn't leave the area a mess, which is one of my biggest pet peeves when someone does work in my home. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends and Handyman Connection will be getting my business I'm the future.

Great experience with Handyman Connection.
The job was to replace the threshold of our front door which was worn out and allowed water in. Our tech kept his work area neat and clean while he worked and did a great job. It does not look like a repair; it looks original. The owner was easy to work with regarding materials, price and payment. -
The job was well done at a very reasonable price. They were very prompt and the job was well done. Some of my vinyl siding had come loose and blown off at a high point in the front of the house. Also, the gutters had been clogged for a good two to three years. What came out of the downspout was unbelievable. John removed the downspout to insure it was clear of debris. There was two to three feet of compacted dirt and roots. I was pleased that taking off the downspouts and inspecting them was included in cleaning the gutters.
I would use them again for a larger project. The team was pleasant to work with. -
Marian of Handyman Connections promptly showed up at my house and provided a detailed explanation for what had to be done to repair the hardware on my sliding patio door, which had defective rollers. Maran also knew cost of material and time needed and gave me priority to complete the job. I was given a revocable contract offer including all materials and tax and I provided a small partial payment for materials after agreeing to the contract offer. The job was completed in an outstanding manner including cleanup. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the work and we will use Handyman Connections again.

Terrific communication from Victoria at the office during install date and time selection, to ongoing communication as we approached the date of install. Then, Michael Wortman, our installer contacted me to let me know he was on his way, was very knowledgeable about installing indoor barn doors. Michael also shared ideas for making the finished job better. It was terrific communication at all levels and the job was done on time and in a very professional manner. Will definitely be using Handyman Connection for future projects.

Handyman Connection did a residential office conversion from a former formal dining room for us. It was a complicated project because it involved a complex crown molding. Job encompassed framing, drywall, some electrical, paint. Ian and his team (Kevin and Chris) did a great job - fast, accurate, clean. Would definitely recommend this company and will hire them again when the need arises.

I needed some outside window trim and a door frame replaced and contacted several local contractors. Handyman Connection responded in a matter of minutes and was in fact the only one that ever bothered to respond! Ian was out promptly and provided a reasonable estimate without any up-sell pressure, and Clay was out a few days later to perform the work and did a great job.

It was a nightmare! Never on time, too many excuses why the two day job turned into eleven days. Constantly changing the price. Very poor communication with owner and laborer. We finally had enough. Did not allow for them to finish the project. Owner is trying to charge more than the original price for less work. I was to afraid if they were to continue it would have been a month. The siding work was not of quality. If I could do it over again I would not select this particular contractor. Thumbs down on every level.

We had Handyman Connections come out and give us a quote for fixing 3 of the storage doors and rerun some electric outlets outside. Ian came out and we explained what we wanted done and he took pictures and notes. Ian also told us that when he sent us the quote for the jobs that would be the price of the job. Ian sent us the quote and we agreed to the price of the quote. He sent out his "best" guy John S. They started the work, got the doors done, got the ditch dug to move the electricity. When we went to inspect the job; it was a total mess. they had not installed one of the doors properly, put the lock plates on the other two doors backwards, there was a hole that was in one of the doors where water could get in and they were not doing the electricity the way we agreed. They came back out to finish the jobs and correct what was not done correctly. After the third day they ended up not doing the electrical work the way we asked (due to other line going somewhere else), they did a sloppy job of patching the hole in the door, did not fill part of the ditch were they put the electrical line and when we told John S. the pool had
not electricity he yelled that he would see what he could do. Then Ian came back with another bill for the supplies and since it took 3 days instead of 2 more labor. The new bill was $704.18 more. We showed Ian the sloppy work and he sent some else out and they tried to correct the bad job. We told them what Ian said about the first quote and they did take off $220.00 which means we still paid $484.00 over the original quote. We am still not satisfied with the work and that Ian did not stick to the original quote as he had told us. I would not recommend them to anybody because of the sloppy work and that they do not stay with the original quotes as they said. -
I used Angie's List to find a handyman to do some carpentry work. I found Handyman Connection. They were very professional and provided excellent customer service. Mar came out the next day, gave an estimate, and we hired him to do the job. He showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Mar was very personable. He worked quickly yet was detailed about his work. I would definitely use Handyman Connection again and ask for Mar!
