Reviews of local pros in Keller, Texas

I have used them for my personal home and for several clients of mine. They always have the best pricing and perform the work quickly and correctly. They always show up and complete the job which is rare in this current climate.

Great Experience. They were very responsive affordable and did a great job on my tree. Also gave some great ideas for landscaping. Will definitely be using the in the future.

I have used Coaches for multiple projects. Each time communication has been great, and the project has been completed timely. I will continue to use Coaches in the future for my landscaping needs

Coaches removed a pesky crape myrtle tree, replaced a couple of dead bushes and refreshed my mulch in both flowerbeds. They were quick and efficient and I’m looking to use them again soon.

Coaches has great creativity and customer service.

Excellent customer service and great work. Jamie understood my vision and has been working with me. His team did a great job.

Showed up on time and did a great job. They offer a Military discount, which is very nice.

From design to clean up, everyone on the team was courteous and professional . Congratulations to Jamie, the owner, and Marco for the great design, a job beautifully done !!!

We used Coach’s for our backyard and we loved everything they did. We had some problem areas and some problem puppies. We now have a backyard we can enjoy and be proud of. They were fast and professional. I’d use them again!

We were happy with the lovely black dirt laid down across the scalped lawn before the zoysia grass sod was laid down across the fresh load of dirt. Coaches Outdoor Services was very efficient with the sod installation.

The initial discussion and explanation of services was great. I was told what plants would be used, that they would be staged so we could move things around, etc. and based on others reviews I had no concerns. The day of installation I advised I would be away until 11am and was told that would be ok...they'd still be working when I got home. I was able to "watch" plant removal periodically on my doorbell camera and that happened super quick.

The 3 star review is from a complete lack of a plant staging process (as indicated on original quote/invoice -- see picture) and the choice of plants used. For example, they planted 2 rose bushes next to the walkway...who wants thorny rose bushes next the primary path?? Additionally, I never asked for rose bushes! See attached photos...when these get taller they will be an issue, so I'll be pulling them out soon. I told James (the owner) I didn't want any plants with thorns or points--which is why I had my Juniper bushes pulled out--and he puts rose bushes back in...?? He told me they'd replace the Junipers with a silvery-blue leafed shrub...but supposedly they ran out of those and they put in some standard, small leaf shrub instead.

Shop around, perhaps you'll find someone interested in giving you the landscape YOU WANT, not the leftovers THEY HAVE.

Coaches did a great job of installing new sod and a stone walkway. The team was great to work with. We will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Once again, you can count on Coaches Outdoor Services to be timely and reliable, and we all know how important that is! I can attest to the designs and fine work they do, as well! I will continue to call on Coaches as the need arises. My sincere thank you to the team at Coaches!

I selected COS after a lengthy evaluation extensive front yard renewal and I have zero regrets. It was a great experience from the initial conversation through completion. I was so satisfied that I engaged them for an additional small project to the front yard and just engaged them again for work in my backyard. I highly recommend COS for any outdoor services you may need!

Coaches redid the garden retaining wall and the tree retaining wall. It all looks very nice now and the grout or filler mortar they used between stones to hold them together should last much longer than the old stuff did. I definitely recommend this business if you need to redo retaining walls professionally. Thanks for your services and for a job well done!

Coaches Outdoor Services has been my go to landscaping since at least 2019. They have spiffed up a property I wanted to sell and have improved a property I bought. It's nice to have a business you can trust and rely on to provide a good result at a reasonable price.

Amazing company! We had several landscape design companies give us design ideas and recommendations but only Coaches Outdoors actually listened to our want/needs and designed a stunning landscape that was exactly what we were looking for. They were fast, professional, and friendly. They really know how to put their clients first and do not try to do "cookie cutter" landscape ideas and plants, everything we were recommended was and original idea and plant. We will definitely be using them again for all future landscaping needs.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Coaches for lawn service. They laid new sod and did an amazing job they even replaced a few pieces than did not take.

Great service - on time!! Grass looks great!! Answered all my questions!! Recommend!!

Scott and the whole team at Coaches were great! They turned our mess of a front yard into the best looking yard on the street. They got the job done quickly but still with great attention to detail. We love our new yard!

Gave Scott’s contact info out to a couple neighbors who asked after seeing how our yard turned out. It’s been only three weeks and I saw a Coaches truck pull up this morning to start work on the yard across the street. I think that tells you enough about the quality of work the Coaches team does.

Coaches Outdoor Services did a great job installing a border for my front bed and adding mulch. My bed looks wonderful. And when they left, everything was cleaned up yo where you could tell they had been here. Highly recommend them. Here are photos of before and after.
